These stories weren't necessarily mysteries, more like logic puzzles, but the writing is fun and the stories are pretty good.

These are a little like Encyclopedia Brown, but they are a bit easier to solve.

I liked it. One case they have to solve is some people throw a bottle of ink and put some rotten eggs in a mailbox and they have the same costume as them and the ink fell on a rug that was very valuable and they need to get themselves not guilty.
