BEDTIME WITH DADDY is an engaging book depicting male animals around the world with their offspring before bedtime.
The illustrator, Felia Hanakata, used warm, rich colors to illustrate eight different animals and geographic regions. The illustrations are beautiful and soothing.
Snuggle your littles next to you as you read about a penguin daddy in Antarctica tucking in his little one.
Perhaps your children will say they brush their teeth like the baby gorilla in the mountains. Or, they like to play and race with their daddy like the yak in the high plateau.
The lyrical text includes the bedtime rituals of playing, brushing teeth, bathing, singing, praying, and reading stories. Also included are many affirmations of a loving relationship between children and their daddies. As well as words of thanks to God
Then, there’s a perfect ending showing a human daddy playing the guitar and singing his child’s favorite hymn before bed. Nestled beside the child are his Bible and two stuffed animals which were mentioned in the story. This is a wonderful bedtime story book.

The beautiful illustrations and fun rhyming text of this book will make it a bedtime favorite. The addition of animal habitats provides invites young readers to explore me. Animal and human dads are highlighted. It's cozy, warm, and simply delightful!
