Find out in this exciting thriller filled with drama, secrets, twists, and turns.
Initially, I found this book to be a slow read and to be honest, I almost didn't finish it. While I have no issues with reading Young Adult literature and understand that teenagers will be teenagers, it is not my preference to read about them being involved in gangs and betraying each other. Despite my reservations, I continued reading the book and found myself wondering if Karmen's mom had the same diagnosis as her. The story was filled with so many secrets and unresolved pain.1
A lot happened in this boook! It was an ok read but I was expecting more of a Vengeance is mine type of read. Poor Karmen endured a lot and I was hoping that diamond dirty a** got what she really deserved
