Nathan Grant's past just won't seem to let him go.
When a former Army Ranger buddy tries to recruit Nathan Grant for a new private venture, things quickly go off the rails. Nathan had hoped to settle into a quiet life, renovating an old cottage in the south of France, but a peaceful retirement just doesn't seem to be in the cards. Instead, he's forced to avenge the brutal murder of his old friend and figure out what, if anything, this all has to do with their old unit, the 75th Ranger Regiment, 3rd Battalion. One thing is for sure, Nathan won't stop digging until he gets to the bottom of it all, and exacts his revenge.
Kenneth Rosenberg is a California writer whose work has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, Surfer Magazine and other publications. Kenneth attended UCLA where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. When he is not writing, he spends his time surfing, snowboarding and traveling the world on a shoestring.
Rosenberg's best book yet, The Berlin Connection didn't disappoint. As intrigue- and action-filled as the others, but this time he's on his own.
I'll add the description from Amazon, which I don't see here:

I have read the first three books over one wet winter weekend in Cape Town, with a growing admiration for Kenneth Rosenberg.
His plots are so believable and could provide the news headlines for tomorrow!
Having Ukrainian ancestry, it came as an intriguing surprise to find the action in this book moving onto Ukrainian soil!
Nathan Grant is a real character - only a wee bit too super-human - with an amazing set of morals and skills. He's the kind of man any genuine man would like to emulate.
I'm about to embark on book 4! (What comes after brilliantist??)!
Kenneth Rosenberg can weave a tale with real life events and places that I don’t want to end. I looked forward to the latest Nathan Grant story and loved! I actually put it down a few times as I neared the end to make it last a little longer.
Another great read following the exploits of Nathan Grant. I like to read books in order as I enjoy seeing the characters develop. Lots of action, together with plots and sub plots. A big thank you to the author Kenneth Rosenberg and I very much look forward to the next book in the series, London on Fire. A well deserved 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
In this 3rd book, author Rosenberg still seems to be learning who his lead character is, and what he’s capable of doing. Once again, the writing itself is very good, but the storyline lurches into the unbelievable quite a few times.
This book is well done. The characters are well, crafted, believable, and enjoyable. There are plenty of twists and turns in this one, but it all makes for a good read. I would highly recommend this book to you.
This book is a good read but quite unrealistic t times. The ways Nathan wrangled out of tight situations is a bit tough to accept. But all in all a good book to keep your interest!
Enjoyed this read and you will too. Goe s into lot of things that are happening works wide right now. Yeah I recommend this one and hope there are more to come.
I enjoyed this book very much. It was a very good story and certainly possible in today's world. Mr. Roseberg is a good writer and I would certainly read other books by him in this genre.
Filled with action, intrigue, betrayal and facets of the conflict in Ukraine. Memorable characters, locations, mixed with action and hope. A good read. Conrad Samayoa.
Very little purpose, or perhaps I missed it.. The writing was good , but there's not much purpose or real meaning and why title Berlin, only beginning and end.
