Rate this book
Working to rid the world of human traffickers has been Tink’s life’s calling. It’s very close to her heart and only those in her inner circle know the real reason why. Lately though, between her duties as the president of her club—the Devil’s Handmaidens MC—their businesses in town, and the ranch, Tink feels empty and like something is missing, but for the life of her she can’t figure out what it is. Well, until her club sister’s brother moves back to Timber-Ghost to start some sort of sanctuary. With him comes Ellington ‘L’ Rutledge, or as she knows him, Noodles. From the moment their eyes meet, she feels the winds of change at her back.

Ellington is ready for a challenge or a real purpose in his life. Since he left the SEALs, well, was actually pushed out, he’s been drifting through each day. When the opportunity to relocate to Montana comes his way, it sounds like a new adventure with a purpose he can wrap his head around. Actually, being part of something from the beginning has him filled with excitement for the unknown. When Tink walks into the local watering hole, she rocks his world making everything shift for him.

As the two start to get to know each other, Tink’s past comes back to haunt her. As she struggles not only to figure out who it could be, but also continue on her life’s mission, Noodles decides it’s his duty to protect her to his last breath.

When the angel of death comes knocking on Tink’s door, will her club and Noodles be able to save her or will her past finally catch up to her? Can Tink trust her inner circle to keep her safe or will the door slam shut on Tink’s future?

Devil’s Handmaidens MC is a multi-author world focusing on a badass all-female MC with various chapters/locations written by some of your favorite MC Authors.

~~~~~~~~~~Tracy's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review~~~~~~~~~~
This is the first book in the Devil's Handmaidens MC series and we get Maggie "Tink" or "Goldilocks" story and it is not an easy life. She is the president of her all female MC and their goal is to save those that can't help themselves and are lost. In walks Ellington "L" or Noodles and he is something Tink is not expecting. When her past trauma won't let go and danger comes back to haunt her it will change everything. I loved this story and how it kept me guessing. The characters were intriguing and intense. I highly recommend this author and this series is explosive.
This book was so so good. Tink is doing everything she can to bring down this trafficking ring. Her club and family are everything to her. Noodles puts a dent in things when he declares he is her safety. Great writing. Epic storyline.
What started out as a mission to bring down human trafficking rings and help the survivors Goldilocks and Shadow have turned their mission into a business.
'The Devil’s Handmaidens MC is a  club that was built around strong women who have visited h€ll, kicked Satan right in his balls, fought tooth and nail to live, and now are all working together to better our world.'
As Prez of the The Devil’s Handmaidens MC Tink always looks to see if Hannah is one of the survivors even eleven years later. She wears the guilt on her shoulders.
Shadow is Tink's enforcer and bestie. Seeing Shadow's skeleton tattooed face along with her dead eyes and attitude you would definitely turn and run.
"Noodles" Ellington former SEAL ends up falling for Tink. I was expecting a much stronger man. Sure he shows he cares and wants to protect her but something is missing. Maybe it's because it's a strong MC of women.
When a ghost comes back to haunt Tink and the angel of death comes knocking on her door her MC along with her dad's MC will do whatever is necessary to bring Hannah home.
Loved the bonus chapter! Maggie and Zoey have their work cut out for them with Hannah as a new prospect!
Can't wait for next installment Shadows story!!!
This is the first book in a new series by D.M. Earl. The Grimm Wolves do make an appearance in this book. Maggie/Goldie locks/Tink is the Prez of this club. The club helps break up trafficking rings. Then helps the people that were taken find a way forward. It’s personal for Tink. She is looking for someone. Lately things have been weighing on Tink making her feel like something is missing in her life. Ellington/L/Noodles has recently moved to the area to build a sanctuary of sorts with a group of friends who are also prior military. Noodles and Tink have an instant connection. They just click. Someone has been messing the Tink’s club ranch. Someone on the inside has to be helping them. Turns out it is something or rather someone from Tink’s past. Now they just need to figure out who is helping them and why? Then find out where they are holing up. The more Noodles learns about Tink the more he loves and wants to protect her. He isn’t going to let anything happen to her if he can help it. I loved this book so much. Tink and her best friend Zoey have been through so much. I can’t wait to find out about Zoey’s past. Tink went through something horrible at such a young age. Now she has to tell everyone about it so they can help her with trouble that is currently happening. I can’t say enough about this book. Fantastic job D.M. Earl.
Book 1 of a new series and one this reader is glad she took a chance on. The author gave us a well written storyline with fantastic characters. I won’t lie the storyline is tragic in parts but the author doesn’t let us readers down, the sunshine is on the horizon. This is Tink and Ellington’s (aka Noodles’s) story.
Tink is the prez of a women’s MC called the Devil’s Handmaidens in Timber-Ghost, Montana . The club’s main mission is to stop human traffickers and help those taken start a new life. A mission that not even all her club sister’s know why she pushes so hard. Noodles, brother to one of her club sisters, is an ex-seal trying to start life after his Naval career. Lost and restless he jumps at the chance to move to Montana and start a sanctuary. Tink and Noodles first meet at the local bar. Sparks fly from the first moment and the storyline takes off on a suspenseful, action pack, romantic ride that you don’t want to miss out on. I highly recommend grabbing it up asap and getting in from the start of the Devil’s Handmaidens MC Series.
OMG where do I sign up to become a member of the Devil's Handmaidens MC?! I absolutely LOVE the concept of the all female MC because it provided leveled up #GIRLPOWER & we all could use more of that in life couldn't we?! To make this story even better is the fact these amazing ladies are all about handling human traffickers. Tink is the president of this MC and she loves it, however, lately she's feeling like something's missing in her life but she doesn't know how to fix it. Things really take an interesting turn when one of her sister's (MC) brother Ellington (aka L aka Noodles) so let the intriguing games begin. On top of all that goodness, the suspense popped off in the guise of Tink's past so the twists started coming in hot that had my heart rate high. I found myself ALL IN from the jump, and I finished it in one sitting since I couldn't put it down for anything. Seriously though, you can't go wrong with D.M. Earl, so what are you waiting for?! Get to one clicking as I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
5 Stars!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This story......wow!! I love how this author incorporates a new MC Chapter to her writing....and the Devil's Handmaidens MC is all female, which I loved! This story has part that were definitely not easy to get though ...the triggers were tough at times...but this author painted a picture that felt so raw and real.
Maggie aka "Tink" is president of the Devil's Handmaidens and she and her MC family are all about helping rescue human trafficking victims. When in life this is what Tink does..she feels likes she is missing something and someone to share her life with. When Ellington aka "L" comes into town helping out and being an former SEAL....when Tink meets L the sparks fly off the charts!! What happens when something behind the very dark shadows is lurking around the Devil's Handmaidens MC ranch that can put Tink and her MC Family in danger, especially when only a small circle of family and friends knows Tink's past.....
I do not want to post any spoilers as I could go on and on about this book...but believe me this is a true must read. The story is raw and moments are dark for sure. I love the intertwining of the characters in this story especially Zoey "Shadow". I cannot wait to get my hands on book 2 to see where this series takes me.
Love this author truly, they never disappoint me in all they write and create. I was very much taken with this book, it was full of intrigue and strong female characters A book and series right up my alley!
Loved Tink and Noodles. Both had rough circumstances in the past, that have brought them to where they are in life. They were both strong leads. As well as that, they had very strong chemistry together. I loved what Tink stood for, she was in charge of a motorcycle group that helped women, from dangers they could come into, great cause I must say. All the members in this group, have been through the hardest of times, and are still standing. I loved the group for sure, but when you stand for the greater good, there are always others that want to bring you down, The book takes off really fast. A whirlwind kind of action and adventure. Was sucked in completely. Could not put it down! Exceptional reading by an amazing author! Loved it!
I loved this book with a passion, then again, its written by one of my favorite authors. I think it was a great start to a new series! I look forward to the next book! Highly recommend this must read book and author!
Definitely needs a trigger warning! Tinks story was hard to get through. No girl let alone child deserves to go through was she did. She is an inspiration though to all women and the male characters are as well. The MC being a cover and what she actually does taking down sex trafficking rings is brave and amazing. Hannah and Shadow are two peas in a pod toward the end and I feel like there should be a book about just their relationship. Tank and Noodles are bad a’s for sure but have hearts for who they hold close. The character description is great as well as the acts that take place when they are torturing for information. Incredible story.
After a slew of male-centric MC stories, it's about time the ladies get to show what they're made of! This series-starter introduces readers to the members of the Devil’s Handmaiden’s MC, a group of strong and confident women who've had difficult lives in the past and lived to tell about it. They've made it their mission to save other women from the same pain and danger and I was excited to be along for the ride!
Maggie "Tink" is the President of this MC Club and is a strong-willed, determined woman who's surrounded herself with a plethora of equally formidable women. She's starting to feel a bit lost though, like she's at a crossroads...and that's when fate intervenes by bringing Noodles into her life. The chemistry between these two is crackling from the moment they meet and from there it's a slow and steady building of their romance. Unfortunately, danger is coming for her, for reasons that not even all those in her Club know about as it revolves around her past. When the Club's businesses start being sabotaged it's clear there's someone seeking to harm them, and even worse is that someone in the Club is helping them. Things quickly take a suspenseful turn when her life, and the Club's future, are put on the line.
Ellington "Noodles" is the brother of one of the Devil's Handmaidens and a former Navy SEAL, unceremoniously washed out of the SEALs. Since then he's just been drifting, feeling uncertain about who and what he is. But when given the opportunity to help start a sanctuary, he jumps at it. Meeting Tink also breathes new life into him, reawakens his protective instincts, and it made for a sweet and sensual bonding amidst heavy issues dealt with by the author. Noodles is a good hero, one who was caring and willing to do whatever necessary to keep Tink safe. He never diminished her strength or competence...and for that I was truly grateful.
From start to finish this was a fast-paced story with a compelling storyline. A lot of characters were introduced with this series-starter, a tough group of women who hide their personal pain behind scars seen and unseen. Many of these characters have me intrigued to learn more about them, particularly Zoey and Hannah. The heavy issues depicted in this story were heartbreaking at times, but were handled in a respectful way while being nicely balanced with the romance brewing between Tink and Noodles. An overall well-crafted series-starter that promises lots of compelling tales still to tell!
This was a real page turner of a MC novel, which had me hooked from start to finish. Maggie "Tink" Rivers' is President of the Devil's Handmaidens MC, and along with her club she’s determined to rid the world of human traffickers. However, Tink is feeling overwhelmed between her club president duties, running her business and continuing the search for her sister who she fears is in the hands of human traffickers. Tink also feels as though something or someone is missing from her life, and then former Navy SEAL Ellington Rutledge walks into her life. Ellington is relocating to Montana for a fresh start and once he meets the fiery and beautiful president of the Devil’s Handmaidens MC, he hopes that she will be apart of that new start. As Tink and Ellington grow closer, Tink’s past comes back to haunt her, threatening to destroy them.
When Tink's life is in danger and her club is at stake, Ellington must save both Tink and the club before it's too late. I was gripped throughout by this storyline and I loved the main characters, especially the badass Tink. Her and Ellington definitely had chemistry which sizzled off the page and I enjoyed how their relationship developed. The descriptive narrative brought both the characters and the setting vividly to life, making me feel immersed in the story. I loved the idea of an all female MC, full of independent and strong women, as usually MC novels focus on male MC’s, which made this a unique read. The plot kept me guessing and happily turning the pages, as I could not put this book down. A great first book in a new series and I look forward to reading the next one.
Tink by D.M. Earl is a book that covers some intense, potentially reactive subject matter like rape, abuse, stalking, and trafficking of children, and adults. This series, The Devils Handmaidens MC, focuses on a women’s motorcycle club instead of your typical male dominated motorcycle club, even though they are mentioned throughout the book, for example The Intruders, and the Grimm-Wolves, which I thought was a new, refreshing take that I haven’t read much of. I loved Tink, a fierce, sassy, independent woman, and Noodles, an ex Navy Seal, and their romance, but I think Shadow, as Tink’s best friend, really stood out throughout the book. The focus of this club was to find and break up trafficking rings, support, and rehabilitate the survivors/victims. Tink and Shadow are tortured by their own private demons that they keep hidden because of something that had happened in their pasts. When Tink meets Noodles he begins to pull her from a darkness of her own making until the past comes to call and brings all her nightmares front and center. This is a suspenseful, thrilling book, that I couldn’t put down, and I’m incredibly glad that I took a chance on. I’m looking forward to book number two and seeing who manages to thaw Shadows ‘black heart’.
This is the first book in a new series called Devil's Handmaidens MC. And wow what I start. I love any story that revolves around an MC but the majority of then are male dominated so it was really refreshing to read about a female MC. What I loved is that the women of this MC are just as loyal and fierce as any man and they will do what ever it takes to protect the people they care about.
This story is very emotional as well as Tink our main character is on the search for her sister who was kidnapped. Thinking she was taken into a traffic ring Tink and her fellow Handmaidens set out to save and take down as many of these trafficking as she can.
There is also an element of romance in this story when Noodles walks into Tinks life. Add to the romance the element of danger when Tinks life is put at risk and this is definately a story with something for everyone.
The question is will Tink ever find her sister? And when the past comes back to haunt her will her club and Noodle be enough to protect her.
I really enjoyed this book and I can't wait to read more about the Devil's Handmaiden's MC
Tink: (Devil's Handmaidens MC: Timber-Ghost, Montana Chapter #1) by D.M. Earl
This isn't the first book I've read by the author. Tink is the first book in the Devil's Handmaidens. The author knows how to write words. I love this book and can't wait for more.
Tink is the one who likes taking care of everything. She knows something is missing. She doesn't know what it is. She is looking for something but can't seem to find it. The quote I chose for Tink is: “Raven, go grab Shadow. Tell her she’s up, it’s a go. Don’t want it done ’til everyone is settled down. Take them to the old homestead. It’s her call, quick or send them to hell slowly but bottom line; I want them with good Ol’ Satan at the end. Make sure there is no evidence left. Tell her to do the usual. Got it? Besides the two of you, take along Rebel, Wildcat, and Peanut. Have Lilly on standby to go out and clean up the inside mess when done. Tell her we want no DNA, if possible, and tell Shadow to make sure she covers the floors and walls if she’s gonna get messy.”
Highly recommended for MC lovers.
Tink: (Devil's Handmaidens MC: Timber-Ghost, Montana Chapter)
I'm pretty picky when it comes to reading about an MC, there are only a couple that have kept me interested until now. An all female MC really peaked my interest so I thought I would give it a try. So glad I did, this is definitely a series I will be keeping up with.
Tink has quite the back story which sucked me in and wouldn't let me go. She has dealt with a lot but never let it or the fact she is a woman stop her. She has surrounded herself with some incredibly strong fearless women which I love.
L is exactly what Tink needs. He isn't afraid of her but respects her and it shows. But he is also willing to jump in the middle if necessary no matter the situation.
This author is new to me, but I looked at her catalog and found a few more to read and I have already put the release date in for the next book in this series. I have a feeling these women are going to become close friends of mine.
Maggie Rivers, or Tink as she is known by her club members, is kept busy as the President of the Devil’s Handmaidens. Her dark past is the driving force behind why she is determined to take down human smuggling rings and help those in need. Running the club, a business, and trying to take down human traffickers keeps her busy, but she still feels a void. When ex Navy Seal Ellington Rutledge, or Noodles as his club members call him, comes along to help with a sanctuary him and Tink feel an immediate attraction. Tink and Noodles are perfect for each other but will it last when her past comes back to haunt her?
I loved the strong female characters in this book. Although they were badass and belonged to a motorcycle club, they were doing good in the world as they tried to stop human smuggling. Each woman in the club had her own dark past and trauma which they overcame. This book was action packed and full of suspense throughout. I cannot wait to read the next book!
Tink is the Prez on a female MC (which is pretty rad on its own)...and their goal is wipe out the human trafficking rings. This mission is deeply personal to Tink. Getting into her backstory was heartbreaking and I can see how it formed her into the strong and determined person she is today.
Noodles comes to town with some former military buds to start a sanctuary. Tink and Noodles hit it off immediately. As Tink's truths come out, Noodles believes he is the man to protect her. However, when they find out that one of their own is out to thwart their efforts, will Noodles be able to keep Tink safe? And who can they really trust?
This was a great story that I enjoyed reading. I don't think I have ever come across an all female MC...and it was awesome. The secondary characters in this book really added to the story and I'm hoping to read some of their stories in the future. Overall, a great story!
Omg, what a way to start off a series.
I knew I was going to love it and I definitely wasn't disappointed.
Ok love is probably the wrong word with a lot of the subject matter, but I was transfixed from cover to cover and it very nearly was a top read for me. So although love doesn't quite fit, it also sort of does.
Speaking of the subject matter, although hard hitting the author handled it with dignity and grace, and dispersing some moments of hilarity throughout out broke some of the harshness that might be difficult for some.
This book was different with it's focus not really being on the starring couple, and I can't say I hated it, in fact it made a refreshing change.
Already eagerly awaiting the next book.
This story had a lot going on in it. It's told in multiple POV's which was sometimes hard to follow. Tink is the President of the Handmaids MC and her goal is to save those that are being trafficked while protecting her family. She has lost someone close to her and every girl she rescues she wishes was the one she lost. When Ellington "L" "Noodles" walks into her life things inside her start to change. She knows she deserves the best but sometimes that is hard to come by. Ellington is a strong ex-Navy Seal that will do anything for those he calls friends and family. When meeting Tink there is an instant attraction but he knows she's hiding secrets. Can these two have the love and peace they both deserve?
This is another winner in the MC books this author writes. I am a big fan of her Grimm Wolves series. Tink and her club were introduced in the last book. Tink is both vulnerable and strong. Shadow just has some serious issues but Is loyal to Tink and her family. The two of them make a good pair. We see new friends and some old friends pop up in this book. There is lots of drama, mystery/suspense, romance, and a bit of violence. Hey, it is an MC book. This is one of two of my favorite MC authors. She has a way of writing that grabs you in, sits you down, and says “don’t move until you finish this book.” Intensely entertaining, a little troubling, steamy romance and you have the best book you just might find this year in the romance genre. I can’t wait to read more.
This author writes gritty darker tales that are not for the faint of heart. She covers difficult subjects with honesty and sometimes gruesome details. This one is no exception.
We briefly met a few of these females in the last Grimm Wolves MC book. They were highly impressive and made me curious about them so I was excited to pick this up.
I loved that this is a all female MC. How different! It was interesting to see how hardened some of these women are but yet they have that softer side. Tink’s tale is tragic as she has suffered much in the past. Her story is deeply involved with her family so we see a lot of then. Noodle is a guys guy who takes a fancy to Tink. He doesn’t only have Tink to gain favor from but a few others as well. That dies cause a few scary moments as well as a couple chuckles or smiles.
The secondary characters are just as involved as the main. We learn a lot about of few others as the tale is told from different POV. I enjoyed this one and really look forward to the next.
Tink is a great start to the Devil’s Handmaidens MC Series! This was the first time reading about an all-female MC and I was not disappointed. The females were strong, courageous, and tough. D. M. Earl creates surprisingly realistic, flawed characters that I couldn't help but feel invested in. I would love to have these tough-as-nails women in my corner! Earl also paints a wonderfully descriptive picture of the small town life in Timber-Ghost, Montana. There are so many ups and downs and twists and turns in Tink that I was on the edge of my seat for a majority of the book. This book definitely needs a trigger warning, as some of the content could be tough for some readers, but overall, this book was a great start to the Devil’s Handmaidens MC story! I can't wait to read more!
Tink is a momma bear at heart. After losing her sister things come full circle and the Devil's Hand maidens MC is created. An MC of all women who find themselves in trouble at every corner.
Tink and Noodles find their live for each other as the story goes on. He has a way of being able to calm Tink down with the sound of his voice or a touch of his hand. It grounds her in ways that she never thought was possible.
I love the plot of this story. The characters only add to the depth of the story. Having her dads MC and the Grimm Wolves MC at her back makes things interesting as well.
DM Earl is still rather new to me so reading this story helps me to understand that her books are going to be awesome.
Wow. Talk about a crazy story. Tink is prez of the Devil’s Handmaidens MC, an all women biker club. Her dad, Tank, is head of his own MC. When someone from Tink’s past starts sending psychotic messages to her, it comes down to the people who love her most to keep her sane and safe. If you love friendship, love, betrayal, mischief, heartbreak, and reconciliation, this is the book for you. It hits on hard topics, but it’s totally worth it in the end. Read this book, it really changes your perspective of the world. Writing is great with awesome plot twists! Be ready to be on the edge of your seat the entire time!
We don't often get a MC series that is led by a female, but when I do stumble across one I jump at the chance to read it. I am not familiar with the Grimm Wolves MC, or with this author really, so this was all new territory. It did take a me a bit to get into this, and for it to hold my attention. This does have a bunch of nitty gritty stuff, and situations or mentions of situations that may need a trigger warning, but as this is an MC read, I don't expect light and fluffy. Along with loads of drama and some nice naughty bits, by the end this story had my attention and I give it 4 stars.
This was a great read. Tink is the president of her all female MC and she does a lot for her club, her family, and their businesses. Tink has been through a heartbreaking trauma when she was younger and is part of the reason she spends most of her time trying to break up sex trafficking rings. This story pulled me in and got more intense as I read on. This book has some triggers for people who are sensitive to abuse and sexual assault. The characters in this story have been through so much and try to work through it and be there for each other. The author did an excellent job bringing me into the story and keeping captivated. This is a great start to this series. I can't wait to read what's next.
Fantastic Start to New Series
Tink is the Prez of a women’s MC the Devil’s Handmaidens and this club is all about taking human traffickers down. There are things from Tink’s past that not many know about but it’s the reason this is her mission.
When ex-Seal Ellington/Noodles comes to town to help with a sanctuary he and Tink have an attraction that neither can deny. They are just what each other needs.
The questions start popping when Tink’s past may be coming back for her. Will Noodles be there to help Tink when she needs it? I loved the suspense in this book. This is a great start to a new series and I can’t wait to see what this author has in store next.
Tink
5*
This book focuses on a female MC Club. The Devils Handmaiden MC to be exact. The women in this club are the kind who have lived through hell and are now able to talk about it. Their mission is to save other women from living through their hell.
Tink is the main character and she is the president of the club. She is incredibly strong willed and determined. She would have to be to still be alive. She feels like her life is about to change in a major way. This is when she meets Noodles. They have amazing chemistry that just leaps off the page. However, this isn’t the time for Tink to really settle down. Instead all the businesses affiliated with the club begin to be sabotaged. To make things worse it seems like part of this is an inside job. Which means no one knows who they are able to trust. From there the plot just continues to build.
This is the start of what I am sure is going to be an amazing series. I loved this book and definitely did not want to put it down. If you are looking for a new series to get lost in, I strongly recommend this book.
