this was exactly what i needed & has changed my mindset immensely not even joking. The only thing going into this book is to be willing to take all of it in. This book really called me out but in the best possible way. Took me out of a very fixed mindset into learning to adapt to a growth mindset. We all needa read this especially those who grew up with only one mindset from how they were brought up.
This is exactly what I needed right now to help shift my mindset from negative to positive - it won’t happen overnight, but this is a long process I am willing to take 🫶🏻
It was a quick read, it’s not too long only like 150 pages and really educative. Has some really great points about the mindset and how to analyse yourself, I recommend.
A great book, I’ve had it for a while now and only picked it up yesterday and it was the perfect reminder! Simple words, energy booster and confidence reminder!
