The Saint family of 3 men and 3 women - all adopted - share some interests they like to keep under wraps in their small town. The men own a construction company and travel to NYC to pursue their interests.

JACK’S SECOND CHANCE finds Jack Saint reacquainting himself with his former high school girlfriend Kyra. They are both pleasantly surprised to find they share interests of the “yes sir” and “good girl” variety.

The novella is quick, steamy and still manages to inject holiday festivities, family and small town atmosphere.

I’m part of the ARC team and had the pleasure being able to read this book early.
Jack came home for Christmas and was at a bar and saw his high school sweetheart. He was jealous to see her with her boyfriend. He was drinking to try and get Kyra out of his mind that was until he to the bathroom and saw her boyfriend being forcing himself into Kyra and Jack did not like how she was treated. He took her away and they ended up at her house. He woke up the next morning with a hangover and that is when he saw that he had brought his kink into her bedroom. He knew he should have and went to apologize to Kyra. That is when she confessed a secret of her own to Jack.
I really loved this book and the spice was on point and can’t wait for the rest of this series.

I wasn't sure what I was expecting in this but I was not prepared to jump right into some BDSM type steam lol. This was a really quick and spicy holiday read, it didn't have a large plot but did provide enough back story that it made jumping right into everything make sense still.

And even though it was more like a novella in length, it still wrapped up the story so it felt completed at the end. It also has more books in the series which follow the other characters you're introduced to if you are wanting to continue more into this world.

If you are looking for just a sexy short easy Christmas read to scratch that the "naughty" itch then this would do you just fine. 😈

I loved Jack's Second Chance. Such a hot and steamy story but also sweet and sad. Jack and Kyra were each other’s first many years ago. Their relationship was hot and cold but they thought they had broken up for good when many years later Jack saves Kyra from a bad date and chemistry reignites. A new twist is that they are both into BDSM and it adds a missing level to their relationship. Can they have more than a week together? Can they have forever now? Such a great storyline and lovable characters. I can’t wait for more. I would definitely recommend this book and am looking forward to more in the series.

Just ok. Although I enjoy this authors books , this one was Not for me. I couldn’t relate to the characters. Slow at times. Should you give it a try? Yes, just because it wasn’t for me doesn’t mean it’s not for you.

Loved this! Jack & Kyra are high school sweethearts who reconnect on Christmas Eve. The story is sweet, spicy and drama free. Perfect palette cleanser in between darker books.

Jack and Kyra, the lead characters, dated on and off in high school, but they haven’t been together in years. When Jack saves Kyra from an overamorous date, they end up on bed together, enjoying kink because they were too impaired to think about it. The next morning leaves amazed that the other is into kink and realising that maybe they struggled before because they didn’t know how to express themselves well…

This short story is dual POV, well written, and steamy. I enjoyed the genuineness of the character interactions and the relationship development. I appreciated the involvement of secondary characters and am looking forward to the rest of the series.

I love Nikki’s books and I can go ahead and say that this series of mini stories are going to be so good. This one was well written and the chemistry between the two main characters were off the charts.

Jack and Kyra were high school sweethearts who could never make it work. 10 years later Fate steps in to give them a second chance. I loved how much they still cared for each other after all those years.

I can’t wait for The rest of the mini series to come out. I received this as an Advance Reader’s Copy and this review is my honest opinion voluntarily.

This is part of the Saint Family Christmas series each can be read as a standalone in about an hour or so with a sexy guy needing a second chance and the girl who stole his heart the first time around 😊. Jack and Kyra met in high school became sweethearts never once thinking anything/anyone could tear them apart there relation even in high school was everything, but time, events and life caused them to break-up. Fast forward years later out for a drink they see each other surprised she with her boyfriend and he is there alone allowing the alcohol to control him to a point so on his way to the bathroom he see her fighting off the guy she is there with and of course he isn’t going to stand by that is all it took the same chemistry they had in high school is still just as intense as it was all those years ago landing them in bed that evening enjoying the one thing the other didn’t know about kink but is it all for one night or can it be something more, will they work out what their original issues were/are, will they grab the second chance that fate is giving them making something more of it, and can it all end with happiness the second time around?.

I loved Jack and Kyra's story. The chemistry is electric, and the connection is felt from the moment they woke up. Great fast read that will have you melting in your seat.

This is the first in a new series and this is Jack and Kyra’s story. These two have a history, but Jack comes to her rescue from a drunk, and they get talking, and realize they have more in common than first thought. This is a well written fast paced story, with 2nd chances, emotions, and love, which leads to a sweet and steamy page turner.

Hot, but rushed.

Jack wakes up after a night out and finds himself in bed with his ex, Kyra, and notices small things as his memories return. Something he promised his brothers wouldn’t take place in their small town. But it felt so right.

Kyra’s been a drift for years but knows what she wants. And the last night of Christmas with Jack has been perfect. But is he on the same page as her?

Kyra and Jack get their happy ending in this standalone novella in a series.

I appreciate how this book came with a warning that this is fiction and please research before doing many of the things mentioned in the book. I do wish we got to see more of a relationship between these two, or a flashback or two, just to see them together more outside of just sex.
