Ace is retired from the rodeo and ready to start working on his ranch. Life is great except for the fact that the woman he loves is off limits. Lila has been in love with Ace since her father started mentoring him. He’s older than her and her father’s friend so he can ne read find out how she feels. When Ace injured himself Lila moved in to take care of him and get his ranch up and running believing that her heart could handle leaving at the end. This was engaging with the push and pull between Lila and Ace. There was lots of steam and attraction and both thought the other couldn’t be interested. Little did they know that they were always meant to be together. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

*spoilers* Ace is ready to retire from circuit, wanting to take care of his neglected ranch. He also has to desire to settle down with a woman, only problem there is only one woman for him, Lila. She is twelve years younbger and the daughter of his best friend and mentor, so off limits for him. They both have loved each other for a long time and being unaware of each others feelings. When she learns that he has paid her tuition money when her father hit a rough time, it leads to their first kiss. Then he gets hurt at his last night and and she is the one taking care of him to recover from his injuries., needing to be there for him. Her father would welcome Ace as his son in law, Ace just does not know and see it. Lila is afraid to become too attached and hurt not being able to have Ace and he can barely stay away from her. Will they finally get aware that they are in the same boat desiring and loving each other?
Ace has taken care of Lila so lovingly for a long time. He is possessive of her, always trying to hide it. She has similar feelings and they dance around each other. After being hurt Ace is a grumpy cowboy, but luckily their hearts can not be denied. Like always Hope Ford creates a special story and characters. I had to devour it and stayed up late, she always gets me. I love her stories, how much love and layers she devotes to her characters. -that always wins my heart.

While spending time together, Lila starts to see that maybe her feelings are reciprocated. What will happen when she finally makes the first move? Will it be eight seconds of perfection or a lifetime of happiness? A stupendous read. I’m enamored with these folks!.

This is a fun, sweet, lighthearted short story. Ace is finally retiring from the bull riding ring and going to work on his ranch full time. Lila is the daughter of his mentor and good friend. She is a nurse at the hospital. Lila is young, feisty, compassionate and a good friend. She is here for his last ride, as well as her dad. Lila has been in love with Ace for so very long but she doesn’t think he has feelings for her. The two characters are normal, down-to-earth, your next door neighbor type. Ace gets injuries on his last ride and needs some help on the ranch until his ankle is able to hold him up. This makes the situation a little more complicated and tension filled and emotional. Ace loves Lila and he would do anything for her, but he knows he can never have her. He is older and she is too young for him. Lila is going to help Ace on the ranch while he is injured. What’s going to happen with Lila and Ace when they have to share the house together? Can they both keep their feelings hidden from each other? There is steam, high heat and humorous and that makes for an entertaining story. The characters are really so dang sweet. It is a good match of each of the characters. They have an easy going nature and an intense attraction to each other. It is sweet, steamy, passionate and a true love romance. I loved the characters!.

Award winning bull rider Ace Tucker is retiring from the circuit. He is forty years old and ready to stay at his ranch to raise cattle. At his last rodeo event is near his hometown of Whiskey Valley. His mentor Reilly, and Reilly‘s daughter Lila, make sure to get good seats to see his last bull riding event. Ace has known and been in love with Lila since she was in high school. She is now in her thirties. This story highlights the steady burn of attraction between Ace and Lila. Each one not realizing the feelings of the other. Lila is a curvy woman who works as a nurse at a nearby hospital. Ace has been busy on the rodeo circuit. These two “collide” at his last event and the romance between them sparks higher.

This is an excellent romance between a cowboy and nurse in their late thirties/early forties which makes it a believable story. The woman isn’t picture perfect and neither is the man. It does have a few scenes where they are unclothed. These scenes lend themselves toward the story and aren’t gratuitous. I read the book, cover to cover, in one afternoon. Definitely a delight to read this romance. I highly recommend.

This was a great book and loved how the main characters had hidden there true feelings thinking it was the right thing to do. Ace Tucker is a bull riding legend and has had his pick of bed buddies over the years but at 40 yrs old he wants more and plans to retire from the circuit and fix up his ranch and hopefully find a woman to share it with him and thinking of a female he always comes back to Lila his best friend Reilly’s daughter who he has loved for a very long time but always thought he was to old for her. But everything changes on my last bull ride when I’m injured by the bulls horn in my leg and Lila rushes to his aid. Lila has always had a huge crush on her dads best friend Ace and watches him ride every chance he gets but when he is injured Lila knows she is the one to look after him and so she moves into his ranch and the closer they get the burning passion ignites and it isn’t long before they are tearing up the sheets and confessing there love for each other. And when her dad finds they are both shocked by his reaction to them being together.

An one hour read with all the feels especially if you love age gap, cowboy, dad’s best friend romances. Ace and Lila are beautiful characters. Both with feelings for the other that they don’t feel they can act on. When Ace is injured in his last round of bull riding before retirement, Lila decides to move in with him and help him recover. Being in close proximity for long periods of time makes hiding their feelings impossible.

I loved their little moments of lingering looks and unexpected full frontal exposures. I also really liked her dad’s reaction to the situation. It’s not what usually happens in a “dad’s best friend” trope and I liked the new perspective. Her dad was a wonderful supporting character and I enjoyed the strong relationship he has with Lila. This book also has an ending that ties everything up into a wonderful conclusion.

Cowboy falls off a bull and in love with his mentor’s daughter! Ace is on his last ride before retiring from the rodeo circuit; when a kiss with his long-time crush, Lila throws him off his game resulting in an injury. I loved the way Lila takes charge and insists on staying at Ace’s ranch to assist him whilst he recovers. I enjoyed the way neither of them realises the other’s feelings as they continue to circle around each other, especially as Ace thinks considers her ‘off-limits’ because of his friendship with her father. I especially laughed out loud at the scene where Lila assists a frustrated Ace in having a bath! What’s really engaging is the fact that it is Lila who makes the first move to achieve their HEA. An enjoyable short steamy romance.

I loved Craved By The Cowboy: Book 2 of Roping Her Curves. Ace is riding his last ride and thinking it’s time to settle down but he can’t have the girl he wants, Lila. His mentors daughter. Lila has loved Ace from the day her dad introduced the, but he would never want someone like Lila. When Ace gets hurt Lila takes time off work as a nurse to help Ace heal. It’s getting harder for these two to keep their feeling hidden but what if they have the same feelings? What if they can have a future together? Such a sweet storyline and lovable characters. I really enjoyed this story. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

Lila has always been attracted to her father's friend and mentee, Ace. He is 12 years older than her so she never thought she stood a chance with him, but Lila doesn't know how wrong she is.
During his last rodeo Ace get injured so Lila makes sure to be the one to stay with him and help around his ranch and help him heal. Being in such close proximity to each other finally allows them to get close together and they end up sleeping together. But will they finally confess their feelings so that they can get their HEA.

This is a short friends to lovers romance story, I would recommend reading this book.

After having the main female mentioned in a previous story, I couldn't wait to get her story and i wasn't disappointed! I loved how it opened up and you knew they were going to be it for each other and that they were finally going to give into their feelings... you could feel the connection between them right from the start. I loved the storyline and how they were made to be close to each other which gives you chance to see their relationship build and grow. I also loved her fathers character, and that you knew he knew about their feelings for one another and that he was silently championing their relationship so their was no drama or anyone to stand in the way of their relationship. I also loved the glimpse into their future where you got to see them beginning their happily ever after!!.

Bull riding legend Ace rides in his last competition. He plans to retire and work his ranch and find a good woman. Unfortunately during his last ride he is hurt and ends up in hospital. Lila is his nurse and his mentors daughter. She promises to help him while he recovers, but Ace wants more. This short story won't leave you feeling short changed.
Hope has written a story that has a great plot, a hot alpha male and a curvy everyday girl, (so characters that you can sink your teeth into) with a tasteful amount of steam... I hope you enjoy reading this book as much as I did and I can't wait for book 2!!!.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. First I would like to mention this cover. If that is not an eye catching cowboy, then I don't know who is. I loved Ace and the way he was devoted to Lila even when he believed she would never be his. His relationship with her father is a sticking point. She had been in love with him for a while now. Lila also doubted she would ever have him. I hated what finally caused their forced proximity, but it ended up being the beginning of their future together. Ace fought it for as long as he could but he just couldn't deny what he wanted any longer. I really enjoyed their story and just wish it was longer.

This is a wonderful sexy read older man younger woman who finally get together. They're both adults and when Ace gets injured in his last ride Lila is there to help him out. Lila is a nurse and she is nursing Ace in more ways than one. Great sexy steamy read. Love a cowboy story and this one is fast and fun and steamy and just a wonderful story.

Lila has been in love with Ace for a while, he would never want her when he could have anyone. When he is injured in his final ride, there is no way she is not going nurse him back to health.

A really lovely age gap romance story. Ace is about to retire from bull-riding with plans to work on his ranch, the only thing missing from his life is a woman, and he can’t have the one he wants. Ace has been in love with Lila for years, but she is a lot younger than him, and also his best friend, and mentors daughter. When Ace gets hurt, Lila decides to look after him and it isn’t long before her feelings for him become clear. A lovely story with great characters, lots of passion and a really lovely ending!.

I love reading anything by Hope Ford. I know that it is always going to be well written and fantastic. I couldn't put it down.

Ace is retiring from bull riding and going back home to work on his ranch. He has everything but the woman he loves. He knows that Lila is off limits to him. Lila is his best friend and mentor's daughter. When he gets hurt, Lila shows up to work on his ranch and take care of him. He doesn't know that she has had a crush on him for years. Will this be their chance to admit their feelings and start a relationship?

Ace is a bull rider who is on his last ride before retirement when he gets injured and ends up at the hospital. His nurse is Lila his mentor/best friend's daughter. These two have been in love with each other for years but neither does anything about it because of her dad/his bf and mentor. I loved the way the author brought Ace and Lila together and how even though they fought their attraction they lost their fight and got their happily ever after. Craved By The Cowboy is book one and a great start to the Roping Her Curves series. I look forward to reading the rest of the series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

In this book we meet Lila Grant and Ace Tucker. These two have wanted each other for longer than they are willing to admit. the thing is they aren't sure the other wants them. All it takes is one little accident and the carefully planned secret (or so they thought) comes crashing down. Will these two take a chance on love or will they be willing to cut themselves off from the one person they want just to keep their secret?

Another amazing story by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I enjoyed reading this story. Ace was a cowboy who was competing one last time before retiring on his ranch. He had been a very successful bull rider but it was time. His mentor had a daughter who he couldn't get off his mind. When he gets hurt on his last ride, she moves in to help take care of him and the ranch. Sparks fly and they both realize they can have what they want. It was fun seeing them get to that point.

This is a older man/younger woman romance with long time friends Ace who is a rodeo bull rider and longtime friends with Lila's father. Lila is twelve years younger than Ace but it has not stopped her from falling for him so when he gets hurt on his last ride of his career and gets hurt she takes him to the hospital where she works and since he has to stay off his leg she moves in with him to help which only forces them to acknowledge their feelings. Short and sweet romance.

Craved by the Cowboy is fast read that will have you melting in your seat. Ace and Lila's story is a best friend's daughter story with a slight age gap that pulls you in. I like that Lila is thirty, not early twenty and is strong woman. Ace is forty-two ending one career and working the ranch full time.

It is a sweet story from start to finish. They both had feeling for each other, but tried to deny it, but the twist is her father that makes me smile.
