I confess that I started reading the book because of the Thai series on TV (wonderful, I must say!). The book provides a different insight into the relationship between Thada and Armin. Armin is the star that shines brightly, and Thada ensures that nothing diminishes Armin's glow and happiness. I hope that one day this beautiful story gets a well- deserved translation and edition on the western market. Definitely, they will sit on my bookshelf, well read and cherished!

Started reading the original novel in preparation before watching the drama adaptation because the clips I've seen with the main actors really caught my attention and the story seemed something quite refreshing to see in a thai bl.

I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because Armin accepted his whole new situation way too easily for my taste but having another chance at life he tries to do things differently and correct the mistakes from his past life, now finally having Thada, the most perfect boyfriend, by his side. Nothing much happens in this first volume but I was still pleasantly surprised by it, somehow I just couldn’t bring myself to stop reading and finished the book in a day. I also noticed from some edits and people's reviews here that it seems like the drama took a different approach from the original novel so I'm excited to see how it turned out since everyone loves it just as much, if not more, than the source material itself. Now, to the second book! I'm so eager the read everything and start watching the drama asap.

At first, I didn't have high expectations for this book, as I had seen the trailer and clips of the series with the same name. However, as I progressed through the story, I began to feel differently. The book unfolded in a way that diverged from the series, taking an intriguing direction. The entire narrative revolves around a showbiz theme, and the character Armin becomes increasingly interesting. Technically, we cannot say there is character development in Armin. The only change that happened was that he tried to engage in a relationship (build the trust) after experiencing a significant blow from infidelity by his ex. The story follows Armin as he explores opportunities in showbiz and navigates his new love life. Readers will feel proud of Armin for the way he handles difficult situations. He strives to correct the mistakes he made in his youth and ultimately finds the person he deserves. It's no surprise that he approaches these challenges with intelligence and maturity, as he is a nearly 50-year-old (well-experienced) man in the body of a 20-something-year-old self. The entire story was captivating.

not gonna lie, started this novel because of the series didn't have any expectations. but after reading a couple of chapters. it totally got me. I couldn't stop reading it. I really loved the book.
