The Vegan Agenda Exposed How Plant-Based Diets Contribute to Premature Aging, Autoimmune Disease, Physical Degeneration, and Serve "The Great Reset"

Over the course of the 20th and 21st centuries, statistics on autoimmune diseases, cancers, heart-disease, and infertility, have skyrocketed. Additionally, there has been a general loss of virility, sexual dimorphism, and physical prowess amongst the peoples of The Western Nations. Although the causes for the declining health of Western People are multifaceted, these trends have coincided with the introduction of novel plant and commercial foods into the diet.

In this book, polymath and regenerative farmer Varis Ahmad, belabors on the insidious role that industry and commerce have played in promoting and encouraging nutritional recommendations which benefit them. Since the start of the 20th century, large multinational corporations have fashioned the dietary trends, habits, and patterns of Western People. These trends and patterns which are embodied in The USDA Food Pyramid, which is largely plant-based, are not based on science or public health, but based on the financial interests of mega-food producers.

Nutrient-dense animal foods were the center of traditional diets in cultures across time and space. These traditional foods have but totally disappeared from the modern diets of western people, and have been replaced with harmful plant foods, which have a plethora of detrimental biochemical effects on human physiology. Novel plant foods, such as industrial seed-oils, hybridized fruits, toxic hybridized vegetables, mutated wheat, and other indigestible grains, account for the majority of caloric intake amongst Western People. Today, the manipulation of public dietary trends by large corporations has reached a crescendo, with the advent of cultural movements such as veganism, which advocate for the total removal of animal-foods from the diet.

The information contained within this book is akin to a PhD dissertation. Broad ranging topics including plant biochemistry, the domestication and hybridization of plants, human digestion, human physiology, dietary anthropology, nutritional science, corporate influence on food culture, and more, are all expounded upon in order to convey the broader picture of just how unnatural and incompatible vegan diets are with human physiology. This book is indispensable for anyone interested in longevity, health, and graceful aging.

This nutrition book has a different perspective on the plant-based diet.
The book's premise is that a plant-based diet is essentially an inferior and non-nutritious diet for humans.
