Come and join the bubbly cast of characters coming this March 2023. An unfolding family drama of heartache, longing, friendship, and secrets on the island of Martha's Vineyard.
Katie writes women's fiction and clean, wholesome contemporary romance. She looks to everyday, real-life family issues to weave stories of heartfelt emotions, love and loss, and everything in between.
Come transport yourself to Martha's Vineyard: an island of vivid blue ocean, white sand, and a lively community of locals, who celebrate everything from the bright New England summers to the cold, yet cozy, snowcapped winters.
A Vineyard Spring by Katie Winters has a great plot and interesting characters. One story deals with moving past the loss of a loved one, while the other entails solving mysteries from the past and present. Steve and his daughter Isabelle are still grieving the loss of Laura. The arrival of two new people on the island leads to complications and ultimately a reason to move on. This book really is an adventure. I loved the originality of the story and highly recommend this book.
What a book! Not what I expect from Katie Winters - there was mystery and some violence and of course some new relationships that started. Isabella and her father steve are trying to love past the death of her mother Laura. Isabella starts reading her old journals and the more she reads, the more the past is being mirrored in the present. Have to read to find out what happens - but I have a feeling Rhett is sticking around.
A sweet story of loss, grief, and friendship. Trying to deal with the death of Laura, Isabella and Steve struggled to find a way to navigate their relationship while unsure how to deal with their loss. With Isabella’s new friend Rhett and her late Mother’s journal, can they find the missing girl and find justice? Will Steve find some meaning with a new friend too?

My thoughts: 🔖Page 51 of 170 Chapter Eight - Predictable! After they did her dirty in the last book we are back with the Montgomery clan and spend more time with Laura through her diary as her family struggles to move on.
There are text graphics but because it was only 7 total, six on the same page, it didn't feel like it was a feature like it did in previous books. The text messages did feel overdone in some books so I wasn't mad at it but it did feel odd. Overall the story was okay but there were some inconsistencies and the storylines were flat and one-dimensional along with the characters. This is my 15th book in this series and this one seems to have the same issues as the first. In some ways, it's better written than the earlier books but I didn't enjoy it as much. All of these women have the same story, there is a lack of diversity in goals and personality that makes the stories so simplistic they're unbelievable. The diary and news programs had the same writing style as the book so they didn't feel like someone journaling or reporting just telling a story. I'll read more from Winters but it will be a long while.
Recommend to others: Maybe. I don't want to say it's stale popcorn drama, it's definitely a little bland, but if want something quick and mostly easy to follow it's a quick snack.

A Vineyard Spring is another excellent book by Katie Winters. As Steve and Isabella try to get through the winter without Laura. Isabella decides to do the bookkeeping in Steve's automotive shop & learn as much about cars as possible. She feels safest spending time with her Dad. Being at their house is the hardest especially being around Laura's things sitting everywhere but Laura's closet is the worst. Isabella wanting to just touch her Mom's things notices some journals that she hadn't noticed before, knowing her Dad doesn't want to disturb anything, Isabella snuck them into her own bedroom. The journals were from the first years after Laura&Steve's wedding. What Isabella reads in her mom's journal sounds so much like what's going on in the community today. The big news around town was the disappearance of a young woman who was writing a book about the area. She hadn't been seen or heard from in a couple of weeks. There was no sign of her car or had she been seen since she checked in to her hotel. As Isabella starts reading her Mom's journal she realizes what happened in the first years of her parents marriage is happening again. How many young women have gone missing over the years?? Soon, new people show up that change the life of Steve and Isabella. This is a great story of family, love and mystery. It is really worth a read!!
Steve, Isabella, and Jonathon are mourning the life of Laura, Steve’s wife. As the family struggles to rebuild they have the love and support of family. Throw in some mystery and a bit of violence. Isabella goes to work at her dad’s garage. A handsome young many come on driving a bright yellow Porsche. Isabella remembers her mom as she starts reading her diaries. Throw in a missing young woman and a private investigator who comes to look for the missing woman. The diaries shed some light on a missing woman from the past.
How dangerous is the wealthy Mr Butler? Will the diaries provide a key to a past disappears? Will Steve and Isabella be able to move past their grief?
Thank you to the author for this ARC. This review is my honest opinion.
A Vineyard Spring is Book 15 of the Vineyard Sunset series by Katie Winters. Laura's death shattered the entire family; but especially her daughter Isabella. She felt she didn't know her mother and hadn't had time to try once more to get to know her. Isabella finds her mother's diaries and begins to read them to find out more about her mother. Her father, Steve, opened his auto repair shop for solace. Then their lives changed with a girl disappeared and everyone tried to find her. Then a private detective, Rina, comes to town searching for the missing girl. Could Laura's diaries hold clues to help find the girl?
I liked that the book continued to keep you amused as you turned each page with a hint of excitement to follow. I love the way Katie Winters writes and how she can make her readers feel like they are part of the Sheridan and Montgomery family. She writes for all age groups. Thank you for another excellent novel.
I love, love Katie Winters’ writing, characters, and plots. She never fails to surprise me with additional characters who shape a plot one could not even imagine! Great story but make sure you read her books in order!
The Montgomery family had a tragedy but then turns into a mystery. Isabella and her father Steve get close to Rhett and Runs even though they are are still grieving Laura. It is Laura diaries that helps solve the mystery great story
Katie Winters has done it again! The more we learn about the families on Martha’s Vineyard, the more we hunger to learn about their past, present, and future. This book feeds right into that hunger…the storyline is unbelievably complex; the characters developed to an amazing level; the plot twists and turns will take your breath away; and the possibility of multiple HEAs is stunning! What an incredible story—you need to grab a copy today and be totally blown away! (I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book and was mesmerized by its many levels…) ❤️❤️❤️
A*R*C for honest review with no compensation 4.5 stars
A Vineyard Spring is book 15 in the Vineyard Sunset series by Katie Winters and another great addition to this series.
The past, the present, seem to mirror each other and what the future might hold. Tragedy, emotional, mystery, adventure and so much more…if you haven’t read this series yet…it’s a MUST! Can’t wait to see where Ms. Winters take us next…
This story had meat to it in the way of suspense and drama of a very bad man who couldn’t seemed to be stopped. It kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what was next.
