Looking for a fast paced, and original short stories to leave you with the appetite of wanting more? This book certainly fits the bill! From the first page to the last.. fantastic!
I was enjoying this book until the constant unnecessary use of “they” instead of “he” or “she” became so annoying I couldn’t stay in the stories. It caused confusion at times too, once again jolting me out of the stories.
This is one of the best books of short stories I have ever read. Each story was amazing and very well written. I hope to see more from this Author soon because I will definitely be buying more of Kris West books.
It's a rarity when I find a collection of stories where I enjoyed all of them, so when I do find one, I feel obligated to give it 5 stars. Each story was creepy and unsettling in their own ways and I was genuinely creeped out by a few of them! Definitely recommend.
pretty freaking terrifying stories but i enjoyed every single one. i think there were a couple of grammatical errors which stopped this from being a 5 star (my biggest pet peeve) but other than that these are perfect for a chilling tale
