Tried reading as an audiobook and dont think the layout of that really worked. Definitely something you need physically to dip in and dip out. If you were to use these book i’d suggest avoid audiobook - either get digitally or physically and seek guidance as and when.

This rehashed current research I’m already aware of and not in a very motivating/interesting way. Not a fan.
