A good primer for an artist's anatomy practice. It may not be the most accessible for beginning artist's, but it's a good next step if you have a strong grasp of proportion. The drawing projects are worth repeating a few times while you get comfortable with these basic concepts, but you'd get more out of it if you broke out of the book's drawing prompts and started drawing out of your own head or off different models.
