I honestly didn't know what to expect with the start of this series but as I was reading, I fell more and more into the story. Cyrus is a lawyer and Mina is a reporter who always goes after the stories. They meet while she's covering a trial he is handling! The whole story totally hooked me and I finished it in one night. These two were pure magic together but he has a past that he tries to keep hidden. If anyone finds out, it could mean his job. Of course, her being a reporter, you know she's going to find out! And that's all I'm going to say. This books is a terrific start to a series that I am eagerly waiting for!!!

terrific Paranormal Romance 🥰

I really love a good paranormal romance and this is a good one. It has action and it has a lot of smut with some butt stuff and to me this is a really excellent combination. There is a nice HEA at the end and also the next Book which is Scorpio has one of its main characters introduced in this one.

The premise of the series was intriguing. The list of authors participating was exciting. The actual reading of 'Libra', the first book in the "Masters of the Zodiac" series was phenomenal! Stella Moore delivers a riveting storyline that includes a bit of magic, a bit of suspense and intrigue, a lot of chemistry, and more than enough BDSM scenes to make this an exceptional read on top of a wonderful representation of what to expect from the series. Cyrus is an Assistant District Attorney. He's also a Supreme Libra. What the Supreme is, I'm not fully clear on, but it's needed within the ranks of the Libra Guild. Then there is Mina Ouranos, a highly respected journalist. Someone is out to take away all that Cyrus has, including Mina, and it becomes a hair-raising experience. This will be a series I follow closely since I don't want to miss a thing.

I glazed over when reading this book which is disappointing as I was looking forward to something revolving around my star sign.

It was typical fantasy/paranormal bdsm smut. Nothing original or mind blowing. I didn't like the constant use of "Daddy". It's just not my thing. I probably won't be reading the rest of this series

This is the first book in what looks to be a very promising 12 book series built around the signs of the Zodiac. It’s really hard to write an insightful review of this book without giving away plot details and possible spoilers so pardon my somewhat generic references to the content which, by the way, is really engrossing and entertaining. Reading this book is somewhat similar to peeling back the layers of an onion. Once you get thru one layer you immediately encounter another. Here we have Cyrus Banks, a sensitive prosecutor who deals with violent criminals, their victim’s families and the press. Dealing with the press leads him to a rather chess-match like relationship with Mina Ouranos. His Dom persona to her surprisingly sub-like one leads to some very erotic scenes. He also has to deal with the Libra Guild and their leadership issues. The Guild business leads to personal family issues, where rather than being the proverbial black sheep he is instead the white sheep in a family of black sheep. Sounds complicated but really, thanks to the superlative writing skills of Ms. Moore, it flows extremely well. Some spanking romances are meant only to titillate you, but this book will mesmerize and entertain you on many levels. Super (pun?) characters, great plot lines (plural) strong BDSM elements, erotic sex, and a VERY satisfying (if not final) conclusion. Like peeling back an onion, some layers bring tears to your eyes but the final result is delicious, as is this book. As an added bonus we get a brief introduction to the next book in the series, by Kessily Lewel, that I have every expectation of being another wonderful read.

Compelling read, wonderful characters and plot
Very different read and yet I found it to be a wonderful book and the character Cyrus Banks a man that had been looking for balance in his life has finally found it and it is in a small package, she fulfils all his dreams and desires.
She is a reporter that has completely shaken him to his very core and he is intrigued and determined, he is determined to teach her who her master is and ensure she enjoys every moment of the education.
He believes that he has found his center when she calls out to him ad “Daddy” something he has waited for and now he is suddenly faced with the responsibility of the new Libra Master.
Read this captivating book once you begin you will not be able to put it down.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

First, kudos to this amazing group of talented authors who came up with the idea of creating this amazing universe. I can't wait to read every one of the books in the series!
Libra tells the story of Cyrus Banks, a successful and motivated ADA, who loves nothing more than putting the bad guys away. Known as a playboy, he's the "love them n' leave them" kind of a guy. That ends the day he could no longer resist the temptation of Mina Ouranos. Mina is a gorgeous, talented and smart reporter. After they start dating, it turns out she is also the perfect submissive for him. But Cyrus past is about to catch up with him and it puts Mina in danger. Will he manage to keep her safe?
Cyrus and Mina are explosive together, as they explore their DD/lg dynamic, each scene is hotter than the previous one. I loved that we got to meet the hero of the next book as a side character in Libra, and can't wait to read his story in Scorpio.

The first in a new multi-author series, these books are all based in a alternate universe where zodiac signs are meaningful to people’s lives. This world is something new for the author (and me), so I’ll just say it did take me a hot minute to get a good understanding. Thankfully the smexy scenes were right up my alley and something I could more than enjoy. Cyrus knows who he is and is comfortable in his skin until brash reporter Mina throws him off his game. She may be a hard boiled reporter but in her personal life she a sub and perfect fit for Cyrus’ Dom personality. Family drama threatens to ruin this budding relationship as well as everything Cyrus has worked for. Great HEA. Looking forward to reading the rest of these books.

If you are looking for a story that has a mixture of lust, suspense and BDSM, then this is the story gif you! From the very beginning I knew this book was going to be amazing. Cyrus is a “daddy” but a well respected businessman who has a secret past. Which is why he doesn’t go for relationships, until he meets Mina. She is sexy and sassy and a take charge woman, but he feels there is a submissive side to her as well.

These two have smoking hot chemistry and their back and forth banter, at times made me laugh. She definitely keeps Cyrus on his toes. As their relationship develops, an outside force threatens to take everything away from Cyrus, including Mina. But he will do everything in his power to protect her. I found this story to be endearing, enlightening, mesmerizing and delightful. I loved everything about it and so will you!

This book is so wonderful. Cyrus & Mina are both strong characters who can be vulnerable with one another. They have such great chemistry and respect for one another. I love the daddy aspect, their relationship, her friendship with Gabby and the drama with his family. I didn't really understand the Libra Council thing so that's why I'm giving it a 4. The end of chapter 22 totally gutted me. 😭

And even more than the breaking, she was terrified of who she would be when she put those pieces back together. 2.75 rounded to 3 ⭐. I'm not surprised tho, I kinda knew what I was getting into.
Felt mechanical and contrived. Couldn't care less about the secret society stuff or the paranormal element or the evil bro: it was boring and predictable (for an ennemies to lovers story, now that's criminal). I will never understand why bdsm stories need that extra stuff. I like world building for fantasy or sci-fi but for contemporary kinky erotica, it's useless filling.
The kinky stuff was repetitive (spanking ZZZZZZZ) by the way, nothing about negotiation or RACK or aftercare or realistic bedroom activities: got to love improvised butt stuff without precleaning... It's magic!
I'm seeing now cues of sex slavery ring for future books in the series and that's the last nail in the coffin for me. That trope has been used ad nauseam. I'm getting out of this train.

When I first started reading this book, I went into it blind and I was grateful for that. it was an interesting storyline. the libra guild and the other signs added a twist to this dd/lg themed book. mina was full of life and feisty. she said things before realizing the consequences of her actions in regards to Cyrus and the world around her. she had to find out the truth at any cost, he needed to bring justice to the world, his family and most of all show his little girl that daddy would always do right by her. I loved their dynamic. The slow exploration of a relationship she had never ventured into before. Gabby was fun and wanted more from her, but she still plays a key role in the book. Great story.

I absolutely loved this story. Cyrus and Mina’s relationship developed in a way that was relatable. Mina is a strong FMC that doesn’t lose herself when submitting to Cyrus. Cyrus is strict but reasonable and you can tell he really cares for Mina and respects her as a person. There is some loss and conflict that affects both MCs and it brings them closer rather than pushing them apart which was great to read. My only complaint was the Zodiac theme seemed like it was worked in after the story was written. Kind of like a retrofit. This is the first a multi-author series so I hope that in future books this is explored more. Can’t wait for Cole’s story.

Justice with a twist

OMG- what a cool twist to incorporate a very settle amount of PNR with Daddy vibes and BDSM components
Delicious 🔥❤️‍🔥🔥.
Cyrus is discreetly disguised Playboy of the DC scene. His position as ADA gives him the power he craves during the day as well as is Zodiac destination for justice. He's able to balance it well until he suddenly is trust into the politics of his Zodiac Guild of the Libra. He also happens to finally have let his guards down enough to see Mina, a DC reporter, for the potential partner that she is. Their journey endures significant loss but together they're able to overcome it and it is oh so delicious and steamy. Totally recommend it. Excited for the rest of the series!!!

Justice is served

I have been wanting to read this series; I was recently given the opportunity to read and review a later installment and upon finishing I decided to go back to the beginning. So far, I don't see too many connecting threads except the general idea they're in the same world. Reading out of order was not a spoiler tho we meet Scorpio in Libra so I have a bit of a preconceived notion on his past & personality and I'm teased enough to be looking forward to his story.
Libra Cyrus and crack reporter Mina are a great couple. Their work banter is provocative and her transition into submission to him was handled so amazingly well that it validated it even more than the usual feels do.
Lots of danger, some sadness and a great dynamic, this story had it all.

This is the first book of a shared series. As that, there was some introductory information that just explained the world that they lived in. Cyrus is an assistant District Attorney that is also a Libra. That is an important distinction in this world. While prosecuting cases, he has met Mina, a reporter. The current case he is prosecuting is an important one and Mina wants his story. He gives an interview, but with caveats. Meanwhile the two start a D/s relationship that is fulfilling for both. There is a HEA for them.

I enjoyed this start of the series and I look forward to the next book, Scorpio, by Kessily Lewel.

I'm so excited to read this series. The premise is unlike anything I've read and it was completely unexpected. The idea of Zodiac signs playing a prominent role in a person's life is intriguing to me and I'm excited to see what characteristics the other signs have.

This story is about Cyrus, a big shot attorney and future leader of the Libras, and Mina, a sassy reporter who won't let go of a story. There are elements of power exchange, with Cyrus taking on a Daddy Dom position. There is also a lot of suspense and intrigue,and the story moves at a quick pace.
It's a wonder beginning to a new multi-author series that should be a lot of fun.

I'm not completely sure what genre Libra falls into; BDSM, Daddy Dom or paranormal. Probably a mix of the three. This was the first Stella Moore book I've read and it was entertaining. I like both Cyrus and Mina. Their Daddy/little relationship was playful and spicy. She's a brat and he seems to love that about her al9ng with her independent spirit, wit, intelligence and drive. Mina takes pleasure in getting in digs about Cyrus being a hot bachelor commodity in DC but she also admires his bulldog tenacity of getting justice for the deserving. Having Mina be put into clear and present danger because of family dynamics spurs Cyrus into taking action that will have far reacing consequences.

I liked this well written story. I enjoyed all the characters. I do not follow Astrology but I liked reading about the Greek gods. The story takes the reader on a journey into the lives of Cyrus and Mina as they meet, spark and grow. I liked them. There are plenty of different elements and great characters that pull the reader along. Also there are some violence and hot erotic sexy scenes. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book and I recommend it. This book is very well worth reading.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, it is a very different storyline and although I am still confused about the guilds and what they mean, the rest of the story was great. Cyrus and Mina are so good together and their dynamic sizzles. Cyrus is an ADA and Mina a reporter not an obvious match but this couple work even with Cyrus’ background. There are more than one plot lines but they all become intertwined and resolved credibly to give Cyrus and Mina the happy ending they deserve, with a little help from a friend. A very satisfying read.

I enjoyed the story about Cyrus and Mina. They had excellent chemistry and were both strong characters. I guess for me there was a disconnect between the love story and the idea of the zodiac master. I didn't really understand from the blurb what that would entail. It was a great story about the two characters, but I didn't think the zodiac portion really added to the storyline much. Still a good read if you are looking for a steamy, suspenseful love story.

What a way to start out such an amazing series! I am BEYOND looking forward to reading each of these books.

Cyrus, a driven and hot attorney and Mina, a strong and intelligent reporter. These two are powerful in their own right, but together they are amazing.

I love a good Daddy book and this is definitely up there! There is so much excitement and action in this book, not to mention a whole lot of spice. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait for the next in the series.

This is the perfect beginning to a new series. The chemistry between Cyrus and Mina is electric, the intimate scenes flaming hot. The story itself is well crafted. Stella Moore is one of my one click authors, so it doesn't surprise me that I enjoyed this one as much as I did. Five out of five stars, this is a must read, and I cannot wait for the others in the series!

This book was confusing. No explanation of this new universe (first book in the series). Also, the universe was kind of pointless. I do not think some authors understood the assignment. I have read 3 books from this series. Why create new universe, when it plays no role in the story? This story was boring, even sex scenes. Also not a sentence about kink negotiation. Like everyone understand everything without it being said.

This was a really entertaining read. On the surface it's a romance but with some dark over tones, but the addition of a little of the super natural it turns into a unique and compelling story!
I loved the characters who have a steamy connection and I look forward to reading more in the series!

Cyrus Banks was just an attorney. He loved messing with Mena a reporter. When the current Master Libra passes away, strange things start to happen. This story has a good story line. It has love, drama, and following fate. The characters keep wanting more. Stella once again pulls you in and keeps you wanting more.
