هذ الكتاب واحد من أخطر الكتب الأمريكية عن اليهود في أمريكا، ليس فقط لأن كاتبه يهودي، وليس فقط لمعلوماته الغزيرة، وإنما لأنه يغوص في عمق الجالية اليهودية الأمريكية منذ وصول المهاجرين اليهود الأوائل إلى الساحل الشرقي الأمريكي وبداية العمل التنظيمي لليهود وعلاقته المتدرجة بالمؤسسة السياسية الأمريكية.فهذا العمل بقلم الصحفي الأمريكي جوناثان جولدبيرج، الكاتب في مجلة جيروزاليم ريبورت والذي سبق له العمل في جريدتي نيويورك تايمز ونيو ريبابليك.يقتحم جولدبيرج في كتابه هذا مجالا غير مسبوق، حيث يتبنى نظرة عميقة وكاشفة لقوة ونفوذ اليهود في أمريكا اليوم ويطرح للقاريء أفكار معارضة للأساطير الراسخة التي تصور اليهود بأنهم ضحايا عاجزون، ........ وبخليط من الحكايات والتحليل يوضح جولدبيرج كيف تعمل المنظمات اليهودية، ويحدد لنا أسماء اللاعبين الأساسيين في هذه الساحة والصراعات السياسية والدينية التي تحكم علاقات هؤلاء اللاعبين، ويحذر من الفجوة التي تفصل بين زعماء المنظمات اليهودية و6 ملايين يهودي يعيشون على أرض الولايات المتحدة.وبرغم أن وجهة نظر الكاتب قد تختلف وتتعارض في أحوال كثيرة مع وجهة نظر القاريء العربي، إلا أنه في نهاية الأمر سيظل من المهم أن نتعرف على الكيفية التي يرى بها يهود أمريكا أنفسهم، وكيف يحددون مصالحهم ويفرضونها على الخريطة السياسية الامريكية ويسعون لتحقيقها.ويظل من المهم أن نتعرف على هذه الأقلية الأمريكية التي تترك بصمات واضحة على السياسة الأمريكية في الداخل والخارج.

Sitting in the train from Rotterdam to Amsterdam it’s crowded as hell. This ain’t no living. Like chickens in a stall all mashed up to go to work we all don’t like. Bruh.

Anyways. I’m sitting on the floor and just finished this book. Got bored so why not write a review right now?

It’s quite a dry pill of information on Jewish influence in the US. This time a little more nuanced compared to the Jewish Lobby. Some history here and there. Inter group relations with the black community. Contrast with Orthodox Jews. Rabin at the end. A lot of info. I still have to write some notes and pick out some things that stood out so I have a better overview of its contents.

The book itself is good tho. Like if you’re interested in stuff like this give this one a read as well. The only thing I must say is that sometimes some form of subjectivity was visible. Here and there he wrote things that weren’t necessarily good or bad but he deemed it so.

Other than that, it might also be slightly outdated. It gives an interesting perspective on Jewish influence pre 2000 and how it developed over the years. Like pre WW2 and after. The Jewish “exodus” following the war. It’s either way a good read. Just right now we’re almost 30 years further in time so a lot has probably changed as well.

Good book. Not amazing. I’m glad it’s finished tho cause it took me long enough.

That’s it. Now time to continue suffering in this train full of rat race participants.

I hope that I can clarify a fact about that we Muslems never have any enemity towards Jews,Because our Religion "Islam" shows us to respect everybody Irrespective of the ethinicity or religion.
We as Human beings before being "Muslems" Have a big trouble with "Zionists" Who still occupy Palestine and some ,Lebanese,Syrian lands and occupied previously some Jordanian and Egyptian lands and they commited many crimes which are wriiten and documented by photos and videos and eye witnesses.
There are alot of Jews all over the world who themselves are against Israel among them comes Stanley Cohen.
His words and speech are available over the net and youtube in particular.

وبالتالي هذه حقيقة يجب أن نبثها للعالم أجمع حتى نستطيع محاربة الصهاينة اعلاميا كما يحاربوننا اعلاميا
لأن ميزة الصهياينة امتلاكهم للإعلام الذي يبين أنهم مساكين وضعفاء وضحية والحقيقة عكس ذلك
يجب أن نحسن عرض الحقائق وبيان حقيقة الدين الإسلامي
هناك الكثير من اليهود في العالم

So I picked up this book because I wanted to debate against antisemitic conspiracy theories, and while it touches on the subject in several places, it's really not about that. Still, it was an extremely informative and interesting overview of both the history of Jewish political influence and the dynamics that effect Jewish interests in politics. I have read a lot of political ideology, but not much the game of politics, and it's really a very interesting and nuanced thing. There was also plenty of shocking facts about the history of antisemitism in the US and the issues facing those interested in combating antisemitism. It was a great read from start to finish.

الكتاب حلو ومهم
ولكن به اسماء كثيرة تهت معها .. وأعتقد ينقصه بعض التنسيق
ولكني استفدت منه خصوصا فيما يتعلق بالتنظيمات اليهودية وتأثيرها السياسي الهام
