Esse tipo de livro é um caso de amor e ódio. Quando ele apresenta o fluxo de informação e como deve ser feita, parece uma maravilha. Mas esse modelo de ABC indústria não se adequa muito a realidade de variedade de produtos existentes atualmente. Quando se tem uma variação imensa, os tamanhos de lote e a estabilidade de fluxo parece impossível de ser determinada pra empresa.

Esse livro não vai te trazer respostas concretas, ele vai apenas te dar o exemplo de casos ABC. Recomendo a leitura pra entender o funcionamento, mas não espere sair com soluções aplicáveis de primeira.
