This book is by far the best in the entire series. I’m still super annoyed that the author only seems to know how to write macho men who think women all need his protection who seem to have no other interests other than killing. Also, that stupid bit about Elon Musk was gross, but I’m not surprised this author would choose to include that.
I’m glad that the characters from Texas Fight did not make an appearance. They were the most underdeveloped characters I’ve ever read.
Luckily for me, this is also the last one in the audiobook series I’m reviewing for a local library, so I’m glad it’s over. I’m also left wondering why Luke didn’t make an appearance after that novella. This second half of the series does not seem like it was plotted out.
