There’s more evil at work in this kingdom than I expected. Undesirables all over the islands of Selythia are still being stolen and tortured, but I’m a professional punisher from the festering voids of the Hellscape.
This is kind of my area of expertise, and I’m more than willing to address the issue personally.
Even if it’s the king himself who needs punishing.
But when a certain angel takes a perilous fall from the Heavenly Glade, it starts to look like we’ve got even bigger problems.
And the arrival of my Lord Captain is just the moldy icing on top of this very bloody cake.

my oh my this series is perfection
Perfection personified is what this series is. Atticus is truly great😂. I cannot get enough of this series. Jacobs, what are you doing man? Forget the other 40 series you’re writing and get busy writing this dedicatedly asap!! I need more of this book like Ashe needs her next sword! Like sparkles needs her next tonic! What’s wrong with you Jacobs!!?? You cannot write the best story ever told then but it on the back burner! 😡. What can I say that I haven’t said in my previous five reviews? Superb world building, stupendous characters, phenomenal main characters and harem. Each woman in his harem is so different and brings such an array of skills to the group is so amazing! Also I love how each woman brings out a different side to Atticus. Dahlia noticed this as well and mentioned it as Atticus himself worked through it as he was thinking about Iris. Also there are so many mysteries and groundbreaking revelations to behold in the future books. His dreams of his past life for instance. It’s insane how he remembers things and especially LAPD 😂 and his time on earth was “eons” ago… makes me wonder where in the hell are they right now? Obviously not earth right? Middle earth? I love how dahlia rounds out the team as well. Also, one pet peeve of mine is bruh, build the mermaids a house…. I know they love the ocean and need it but man wouldn’t you think they’d like some comforts? Maybe a real bed or something… they don’t even have money 😂…. I know they get their food from the ocean that she provides for them and they have mounds of “treasure” from exploits but it almost seems odd these women are being kept primitive…. Now, if it’s touched upon and they prefer that I would be quiet and think nothing of it. But also the mermaids kinda see him as a future conquest but only Naia has dibs…. I would have thought sirena would have been pulled into the fold 😂 granted he only really has “relations” with his women in the harem… so I can totally understand this because he’s not some loosey goosey and having meaningless escapades… so I get it, but it keeps getting implied and he keeps teasing them. It just seems kinda trashy to string them along 🤣. Sure I’ll swim with you next time etc also he shows extreme love towards naia at times and misses her dearly but then withholds favor from her unless she pleases him with positive results on missions… his other women didn’t receive such treatments… so sometimes Atticus can be weird like that. It doesn’t take away from the series, but it’s just a peeve of mine that I see. Also the werewolves…..those guys must be billionaires and they live like hobos and what’s up with that permanent bachelor life? I mean where are the women at for them? 🤔. I can’t wait to see where the rest of this series goes… I’m so happy about the lord captain… there’s such a huge unanswered question as to Ashe and Atticus new powers… how many did the lord captain have? We only know about one…. Also there were 9 others… who got what? Sooooooooooo excited to have these answered and more!!

Good and Evil
The world that Mr. Jacobs has created here turns the traditional good versus evil into something new. Heroes are villains, and villains are heroes. A demon does good works, and the holy men do great harm. Well worth the read!
