I really enjoyed this book, the way it is divided into the elements and loved the illustrations. The element quiz at the start is great and was very accurate for me. It’s an introduction to different practices though and I agree with another review that readers should research some of these ideas first, as the descriptions are quite brief. I also thought the book ended quite abruptly and was missing an extra chapter or few pages to close it. I still enjoyed it though and am now keen to read more about Ayurveda.
