Gathering all her expertise from making handmade soaps and ‘Bath Fizz’ bath bombs for her successful company, she presents the techniques for making the basic recipe and using additional ingredients and pigments with clear easy-to-follow, step-by-step photographs.
This was a great book - really useful in helping me make the bath bomb base, and it gave me loads of tips for scents, shapes etc. I really enjoyed reading about different butter and oils, and the history bit at the beginning. Everything was enjoyable to read and the pictures were so pretty, sometimes I read it when I'm not even making any bath bombs.
Overall, instructions were very clear and it would be a good book to have for both beginners like me and people who know a little more about what they're doing. The book smells good too, although perhaps I just like the smell of ink.
