I just finished this novella and I loved it so much! This story follows Kara who lives in the bad side of town and deals with a dad who has gambling issues. She boxes at a gym and has been ever since her mother died.
What happens when she sees Alaric who is a famous boxer. He has an instant attraction to her and wants to know more about her. When he takes her back home and realizes what kind of condition she lives in he wants to ask so many questions.
What happens when guys who are looking for your dad end up taking you as collateral for his wrong doings!?
The spicy scenes in this book wow!! The mouth on this man wow 🥵

With each book that Hendricks writes it never disappoints. I always think wow this one was good and then she hits you with her next and it's even better.
Alaric and Kara are our MC who are both badass tatted up fighters. Kara is strong brave amazing women who has been through so much and yet has not given up it only fuels her fire for success even more. Alaric instantly feels connection when he meets and it's all up hill from there to race to get her back when she's kidnapped.
It's not alot of spice but it has the perfect amount for a short read and the spicey parts are fire🔥. Keeps u intrigued 💋
This book was a quick fast pace but perfect for a quick read that is so enjoyable and makes u wonder what else is in store for the fighting duos!

If you want a fast paced, badass, adorable novella you have hit the Jackpot!!! You got a badass FMC that can kick ass and MMC that big, sexy and the perfect book boyfriend!
This hit all the spots that give you the hots and the feels at the same time. Action, chemistry, strength and beauty.
A short, easy book to read that draws you in and doesn’t let you go til the end. You feel for the characters and live their life’s with them. It’s captivating and a recommended read!
