Status: Ongoing; I have read the first 77 ch.
Important info: this is an original story, so don't waste time searching for a novel.
It's very complex, but rewarding as well. The world-building is rich, but it's on you to keep notes since glossaries made by the author are rare. The scope of the story, as well as the character development and motivations, impressed me. Gorgeous art.
It's dark and bloody. Be warned. Despite their differences, all main characters are monsters in their own way.

Für einen chinesischen Manga recht gut aufgebaut und nicht GANZ so verwirrend, wie bei manch anderen Geschichten, aber immer noch wirr genug.
Die Story handelt um 2 wohl bekannte Übeltäter, die eigentlich getötet worden sind, aber überlebt haben und jetzt ein einfaches Leben führen, und einander über den Weg laufen. Viel mit Intrigen usw.
Es ist nett, ich bin interessiert genug weiter zu lesen erstmal.
Allerdings sind die zeichnungen manchmal sehr.... jung. Die Adepten sind offenbar alle schon SEHR alt, altern aber nicht, das ist ja kein Problem. Aber die sehen in den zeichnungen teilweise so jung aus, als wären sie 13, was irgendwie meh ist. Dazu kommt - wie bei super vielen chinesischen Comics - sehen die Charaktere alle extrem ähnlich aus, was vorallen bei den Frauen sehr verwirrend ist, wer jetzt wer ist :/ aber liegt vielleicht auch an mir.
Die Chibieinlagen sind aufjedenfall sehr witzig, es ist ziemlich brutal, und die Charaktere sind alle sehr grau bis schwarz, was die moralische Einstellung angeht, also auch sehr typisch historisches China. Gefällt mir daher gut.

Even though the story has only just started getting detailed, I’m incredibly invested in it. Not to mention that the art is phenomenal, just out of this world beautiful. I can’t wait for more :)

besides starember's tgcf, this might be the most beautifully drawn webcomic ive seen.
the gay is not explicit yet not exactly subtext either. the author is weaving around censorship like a pro.
