About the author

Jae is the author of twenty-six award-winning romances between women. She lives in the sunniest city of Germany, near the French and Swiss borders. The writing bug bit her at the age of eleven.

She used to work as a psychologist but gave up her day job in 2013 to become a full-time writer and a part-time editor. As far as she’s concerned, it’s the best job in the world.

When she’s not writing, she is an avid reader of sapphic books, indulges her ice cream and office supply addictions, and watches way too many crime shows.

A novel way to introduce readers to a variety of romance authors. You get the backstory and an excerpt to get a sense of the writer’s style. I found some writers who I would have skipped over for various reasons, now included on TBR list.
It is worth checking out to find new writers and reminisce with old ones.

This is a very clever way to give readers an introduction to 45 writers of sapphic romantic fiction. A brief summary of a book is followed by the meet-cute of the main characters. It then includes links for purchasing the book and/or following the author. I’ve read some of the books and happily revisited the characters meeting for the first time. Many of the books are available currently on Kindle Unlimited and I tagged several to read there. In fact I went directly to a new story and read it before finishing the anthology. I was introduce to new authors and found a few books by authors who I knew but was not for the particular book. I did find a few that were not of interest to me because of writing style or they were genres I don’t usually read. But this for me was a win-win way to meet new to me authors and sample their writing. I received this as a free book curtesy of Bookfunnel.

Nice revisiting some awesome folks and their meet-cute and better having the opportunity to meet new people after watching their meet cute. Added a few new books to my TBR
