Dixie Town

Dixie Town is the story of a young man's journey in the '60s from a sharecropper's farm to the big city to start a new life. He encounters prejudice, and challenges of finding employment. By a strange series of events he get employment in a bank. It is clear the bankers would have preferred not to have a "Colored" working in the bank. The plot moves to bankers involved in drug dealing. Our main character navigates the challenges of the era.
