Keep the tissues nearby. That said, this is a wonderful story, and a great addition to the SandBar Sisters (Summer Cottage series). Love all the characters. 🩷
In the fourth book of this absolutely wonderful romance series set in Irish Hills, Vivian, the last Sandbar Sister, finds herself in need of some tlc. Unknown to her, her daughter has been cooking up something with her aunt, one of the other Sandbar Sister's.
Siena is Viv's daughter and has a very close relationship with Goldie; while her mum is recovering from cancer, she arranges for them to go to Irosh Hills. Viv believes this to be a short trip, but Libby has agreed something with Siena, which Viv may not agree with.
Will history repeat itself, though?
I've binge read all four books released so far and can't wait for the fifth one to be released. The books are best read in order of publication to preserve continuity of the characters and story.
I like this book and the series but there are so many grammatical errors and typos. It was hard to miss them. There one section of the book that was completely repeated. It was a pretty good read but a little repetitive and couldn't have been done in less than 5 books.
I’m angry so I am trying to decide if that is a good thing. Did the writer make me feel what I was supposed to feel? Dean? Really? The ext book better be awe inspiring to come back from this one :(
I have enjoyed reading the first four books this weekend. I do like the characters and how the friends have reunited. My only complaint is that the books need to be edited, especially the fourth book.
I'm really enjoying this series watching the Sandbar sisters navigate their road to finding their HEA. I'm looking forward to book 5 to see how this all ends. I will definitely recommend this book to everyone.
I have read them all nonstop so far. This one ended sad but hopefully the next one will Pick up with good story. I hate that JJ is running away. I hate that this author brought up a gay couple in the mix but I guess it’s the way life is now.
This whole series is so good! Mature women reconnecting with childhood summer friends helping each other through tough life stuff - nostalgic and sweet.
This series will pull you in. The ladies in the series will seem like they are your own good friends. I just keep getting the next one as I finish each book.
Wow! This was a great book! I really enjoyed it. This circle of friends is amazing. I hope to read more about them.
