Gisella meets Dante, a brooding West Coast executive, at a Miami Beach cleanup. When she realizes he’s buying an insurance company from her mafia-boss father, she suggests Miami and her father will eat him alive.
Dante disagrees, but when Gisella’s father offers him fifteen million dollars to marry her or her sister, he accepts on the condition that he can choose which daughter to marry. Dante’s previous ties to West Coast organized crime help him navigate Gisella’s family, but to have her in his life, he risks succumbing to the high-octane lifestyle he left behind.

A must read. I loved it! Gisella grew up with a very wealthy lifestyle. Yet deep in her soul she yearned for more of real life. She met Dante as he was a business associate of her mafia father. They were attracted to each other immediately. Even though Gisella came from a wealthy background she was intelligent, brave, sassy, mouthy and loyal to a fault. Dante was a real surprise. He is a model for men everywhere. Decisive, progressive, realistic, hardworking, intelligent, wise and had a secret background he tried to run away from. But being around Gisella and her family brought out his tough guy persona easily when needed. He was always sensitive to Gisella's needs. Both Gisella and Dante had honor, a conscious, morals and respect for people and life. I really thought Gisella's brother Antonio was realistic. Really macho over the top tough guy. But in reality a wimp. But that did not stop him from raising his hand to Gisella's face. Her father did nothing to stop Antonio it was almost appeared he condoned it. In the end nothing mattered except Gisella and Dante being together, Rich or poor. Great ending. I highly recommend it.

Reasons I enjoyed this book: Action-packed Entertaining Happily Ever After Page-turner Romantic Realistic Scary Steamy Tragic Unpredictable Wonderful characters
Amy Craig is a relatively new Author for me and I have to say I really enjoyed this book.
Gisella was an enjoyable leading lady. She had sass, she was strong and knew how the game was played.
Dante was the perfect leading man for Gisella. He pushed all her buttons and dang it was enjoyable to read their banter as their chemistry was off the charts hot.
There is something about a man protecting his lady love, being possessive and all that macho stuff.
The twist and turns kept me glued to my kindle I have to say. The pace was really good and the book just flowed which was great.
Overall, it was an easy book to fall into and get swept away with and then when it ends, you feel disappointed because you to keep readying.

You know when you take 2 magnets and try to push them together wrong ends facing each other? That force making them push against each other? And when you flip one of them, they finally connect? When I think of Gisella and Dante, that is immediately what comes to mind. I had a blast watching them bicker until their chemistry took over. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall to watch them bounce and play off each other. There was so much going on in Remaking A Man in such a short amount of time. It was fast paced with a little bit of everything. I am really starting to love Amy's writing style.
I received an advance copy. All opinions are my own.

I loved this book! Gisella and Dante - immediate attraction, and some amusing banter between them. Her father keeps her under his thumb to a large degree, but she takes her independence where she can. Dante has to figure out how to keep her safe without taking away that independence. A lot of action and some violence, but not dark. I received an advance copy of the book, and this is my honest review.

Wow, I loved this book it was great, the story was written well and the characters were sensational. This story was about Gisella and Dante, Gisella is a Mafia princess who lives in Miami with her family, she loves ballet. She has learn't to keep her opinions to her self but listened sometimes to her father's meetings, after all her father owned the biggest Real Estate, Cosmica Insurance Holdings, and he ran the Florida branch. Her father wondered who would be the best suitors for his daughter's. His oldest daughter Usla wants to be a nun so that only left Gisella the youngest, she has a brother and he treated her like dirt and he wanted respect from her as he is going to be carrying on with the family business. Dante knew he was selling the business but thought it funny that he was offered money for Usla and when he declined then he was given a choice. This book was a page turner, it had action, twist and turns, secrets, bribery, lies, betrayal, Mafia, hate, and chemistry was hot and steamy. This book was so worth reading.
