Okay, I'm a late bloomer who's a big DC comics fan and spent my childhood summers on the Jersey shore but I was born under a wandering star and have lived in different parts of America ever since. That's enough about me. Need to feel inspired today? Looking for something to make you root for an ordinary hero? I'm all about that in everything I write.

I love a good tale that makes me wonder about things and I love a story even more that leaves me feeling inspired or like I'm capable of doing more than I realized. That's my goal with everything I've ever written. Some of the stories I tell involve twisting, turning thrillers and others have a lot of magic.

There's something to be said for getting lost in another world and coming out the other side feeling a little better about yourself or the possibilities in front of you. That's basically the best part of life in a nutshell, no matter what kind of story I'm setting out to tell.

Thank you for checking out my stories!

Really enjoyable

From start to finish I found I was picking up this series every free moment I had. Fabulous ,funny characters with great personalities even Sir was amusing , great world setting & a storyline that kept you wanting/needing more , really sorry authors but apart from the first bit of blurb that you put between books about how these books all came about I found the rest annoying & unwanted I had to keep flying past them to find the next book , I'm sure some enjoy stuff like that sadly I'm not one of them

This series is really, really cool and a lot of action-packed fun.

In this world, magicals live among humans and hide their true identities using glamour devices, or have an innate ability to alter their appearance. There are elves, goblins, orcs, nightstalkers and more living every day lives among the humans, basically as kind of refugees who are governed by a secret government organisation setup for just that purpose.

But something is happening in "their" world, and increasing numbers of magicals are coming through the numerous portals – and not all of them come in peace. It's time for the prophesied halfling drow to bring chaos, I mean, step up and take her rightful place in the world – kicking and screaming . . . literally.

I'm really, really enjoying this series so far. The characters are great and varied, and there's always a new little mystery to solve. It's fairly frenetic and very exciting, and even though there's a lot going on, it's very easy to follow.

So well done.

I won't write a comprehensive review here, as I've reviewed each book in this Set, as I've finished reading it, but I DID want to say, to anyone who thinks the blurb on this sounds intriguing, to go ahead and do so!

This first half of an 18-book series, is so good, that I've continuously read through through night to finish each one - because I couldn't bear to stop reading until the very end! Lol

I must admit, I can't understand why a whole series such as this, hasn't got the amount of reviews that it definitely deserves, considering it's been out for a few years - but, maybe, those who have read it, are being quiet, because they don't want to share it?

Who knows!

I'm just saying that this is a series that is full of action, adventure, plenty of magic, and some really kick-*ss female characters so, if you enjoy all of that, with some excellent World-building, too, then I encourage you to go buy this series, or watch it on Kindle Unlimited, if that's your bag! Lol

Good storyline

The series had a great storyline but it seemed tat the author had to force some type of fight every time Cheyenne went into public. And for her friend Ember not being able to walk even after she came into her powers and neither thought to use the the salve or Lzars healing powers or Ember's healing abilities was disappointing. Some things felt incomplete but I still really enjoyed the story. Perhaps I've read too many Drizzt novels and am spoiled when it comes to full circle suspense... looking forward to more reading on this..

Very impressed, hands a great time reading this series. Now I have to go find the rest of them ASAP

I was not sure how much I would enjoy these books when I started, but was sucked in pretty quick. Finished the entire 9 books in under a week. (Who needs sleep when there is a pile of books to read?). Recommend these for anyone who enjoys strong female leads and current time fantasy/sci-fi.

Part One of Cheyenne destiny with two worlds

Clean with some cursing occasionally. Cheyenne is half drow and half human. She learns how to shift between the two forms. She rescues Ember, her best friend. Her father and their allies help them. The earth organization helps somewhat. She has to open a magical box 📦. The part One ends with an important decision to be made. The next part involves two worlds.

One of the better epic Stories I have read.

This book has a bit of everything in it.. From dark fantasy to modern day Sci Fi. At the half way point now the only thing I would say that is missing is a more detailed back ground on the different races. My only dislikes are a few plots where simple to see through or so obvious that the story should have changed and better content added in those places.. over all very enjoyable and looking forward to reading the next 9 books.

Binge Worthy

When I read bundled book series I usually read 1 book then switch off and read something else. Not this seies! I read it on my tablet and had it on the phone I use for text to speech when I am driving. It has humor, great characters. You feel like you would wantto know these characters. Can't wait to read the second bundle. The only thing that would have made this book better is if they would have put a drawing of the characters at the beginning of each chapter!

Non-stop adventure!

This first set of nine books were great! Took me about 10 days to go through them because once I started I didn’t want to stop. Excellent world building with great characters who you really like. To say these books are fast paced would be the understatement of the year. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did.

Total Enjoyment

I loved the character building throughout the book and that almost all of the main characters had their own side stories. Cheyenne's adventures throughout the book were totally enjoyable and connected the storyline well. I thoroughly enjoyed this first boxed set and hope for the same with the second. Thank you Michael and Martha. With respect Laurence.

Holy Magicals Batman!

What a wild cast of gritty characters. Loved them all, even the bad guys. Unending action, with a spiralling plot.

Good Grow.

A bit slow to start, but the pace wasn't slow to speed up, and if the next set of books are as good or better, I'll enjoy them even more.

Very good story line. Different but not”out of there” so to speak. I enjoyed it and already have the next collection to read-the author and assistant notes are pretty neat as well.
