great for beginners

I’ve just bought a property with a bit of land but I useless at gardening. This book really explains the basics, and I particularly love the guide to which crops can and cannot be grown together. Great guide

Good overview

I enjoyed reading this book. It gave a good overview of the concepts of permaculture and enough details to get started, but not too much to be overwhelming, and still a good read.
