I've read several of Vital's books and love the perspective he gives. His life journey is fascinating and inspiring as he invites us into tapping into our empath souls. I feel like every time I read something he has written I learn to think outside the box and also learn a little more about him on a personal level. As I study more about being more in tune with empathy it has helped me on a daily basis with my job and connecting with customers to perform the best service I can to the public.

The world needs more empathy. I felt seen as I read Vital's raw thoughts. I cried, I praised, and I felt his words. Even as someone that feels like she understands and has empathy, this book was a good read. It can teach those that need to learn how to empathize but it also affirms the feelings of us that hold empathy. If every person in the world had more empathy, then we'd be living in a different and less chaotic time. This book is a good place for us all to start. I applaud Vital's vulnerability and commitment to share his story and message with the world.
