Scintillating, Enthralling, Captivating."

It’s been fifteen years since Benedict Sharp has laid eyes on Felicity Blessing.

The last time they were together, he ended up suspended from school with a black eye. So, it only seems fitting that this time he’s bound, gagged, and tossed into a trunk.

Benedict’s promise to the old woman to always watch over Felicity… Yeah, that flew out the window the same moment the fiery beauty stamped her foot and actually blamed him for botching up her kidnapping!

The woman is a menace. She needs a keeper, or at least to be taken in hand, and Benedict is the right man to do it.

This is the last book in the Master's of the Zodiac series. It contains some power exchange elements.

I wouldn't have missed this for the world.

'Virgo by S. Cinders is the twelfth and final book in the "Masters of the Zodiac" series and I don't think a better author was given the responsibility of not only giving us Benedict and Daphne's story but bringing the entire home full-circle. I love reading Ms. Cinders work because she not only gives us a plot that holds my interest but her characters are perfectly flawed which makes them relatable. During the course of the story there is such growth that it becomes palpable. Read the blurb and you'll find out that Daphne thought she was in love with Chadwick and since he wouldn't answer and of her letters, plus sending the last one back, she decided to make a grand gesture. She's going to kidnap him and make him listen so she can reveal her feelings face to face. But what happens when the person she kidnaps turns out NOT to be Chadrick? There's humor, angst, danger, passion, friendship, and love all rolled together in a sigh-worthy finish that was absolutely brilliant.

So what happens when a kidnapping goes terribly wrong, and you kidnap the wrong guy? Actually I believe the preferred book term is foiled abduction…I know, I know this shouldn’t be funny…but it really was hilarious. I mean clearly you can’t kidnap a guy built like Henry Cavill without some help, which comes in the form of her hilarious bestie Paca. This was all just so funny….I laughed so hard. She and her bestie accidentally kidnap the wrong guy, they get the intended abductee’s bestie, Benedict. And honestly pretty much as soon as she gets to the cabin with him, he gets out, and zip ties her instead…seriously so funny. I couldn’t make this up. When her bestie Paca comes to get her from the cabin, Benedict strikes a deal, that she stays with him for 30 days, and he doesn’t turn her in…add in that he gets to do what he wants to her…please remember that she kidnapped him…just saying. Also she said he was a cross between James Bond and Henry Cavill…I really don’t think 30 days is a hardship with that description…her life does not suck, because I can think of much worse things…that’s all I’m saying. I know, I know, some girls have all the luck. Went from a kidnapper to being a kept woman by a rich hot af guy with so much heat and chemistry. She is such a handful, and he is the perfect guy to “handle” her. She’s adorably clueless that she is a handful, which makes her all the more endearing, and he is intense af, so clearly you can see how these two are like one, and made for each other.

Safe read, with a foiled abduction, an intense alpha daddy, and his little that needs handling. Great storyline with a little suspense. Epilogues, plural and a hea. I loved that we got an epilogue and then a bonus epilogue. The bonus epilogue was really something, because it had the couples from the previous books. This is the first book I read from the series, but I didn’t feel like I was missing anything, it just made me want to go back and read the others, especially his besties book, the bestie that she meant to kidnap, and I did read his too. It’s also the first book I’ve read by this author, and definitely won’t be my last. I loved everything about the book, and devoured it. So a new author for ya’ll to stalk…err follow. You’re welcome.

“Life had other plans for Daphne and me.”

Although this is the last book in the series, I’ll admit I haven’t read any of the other. Except for the bonus epilogue at the end, though, it didn’t matter. This book definitely stands well alone. I just adored Daphne. Such an interesting female main character. She overcame so very much of her dreadful past how could anyone not admire her. Benedict was great, too, but a bit inconsistent. Also, the blurb was pretty misleading in that it mostly just covers their meet-cute. Unfortunately I can’t explain without spoiling the story so you’ll just have to read the book to see what I’m talking about. I loved Daphne and Benedict together but I really wish we had gotten to see more of the development of their relationship. They had just begun and then I turned the page and it’s three and a half weeks later with the end of their month only days away. We got “told” some of what happened but I wanted to actually see it. I feel I never really saw them fall in love. One other thing that stopped this good book from being a very good book was all the inconsistencies and incomplete twists. There were so many and I can’t help thinking it’s because chunks of the story were edited out leaving gaps and contradictions. And the ending was rushed and almost anticlimactic. Too bad as the main characters were truly delightful. Still, it was an enjoyable read and a great way to pass a few hours. And I’m happy they found their HEA at the end. Three and a half stars I rounded up because it deserved more than just three.

Wishful Thinking

It was rough read at first because I strongly dislike when Black people are characterized oddly in a book. Here, the Black (but with the little "b") gay friend side kick felt like an anachronism from 1997, but I gritted my teeth and "whatevers" very strongly through it. The FMC, for the first 20%, was just hard to get into. I asked myself if she was slow because her delusions were played for the com in this romcom, played as the joke, but then her character just rubbed me so horribly by the way the other characters just blew off her behavior as adorable hijinks. The mystery with the sabotage of the Guild was kind of blown off, too, in the end. An interesting concwpt built over the 12 books, I kept reading for that subplot alone (because I was genuinely perplexed with how the H could want a relationship with the h), but the mystery was very anticlimactic in the ending and fallout was quickly handled and pushed aside, which killed all momentum. The reunion with all the 12 Guulds together at the very end should have given all the feels, but it just felt hurried and glossed over. As if it was a checklist to perform. The writing was by no means terrible but the story beats left me hanging

I am reviewing this book as a reader who has not read any of the prior books in the series. While I found the story interesting, I was confused about what should be the focus in a book series named after the Zodiac. Namely, the explanation about what the horoscope guilds are really about. I am unsure, even after finishing the book.

The beginning of this book is downright hilarious. Unfortunately, the humor is left behind as the romance builds. I loved Daphne's quirky personality and the hilarity at the start. The story then centers around a billionaire/Eliza Doolittle-like relationship and their dabbling in the DDlg lifestyle. The kink isn't central here, though.

I did like the book, but I recommend that you read something earlier in the series (book 1?) to give you some background. I wish I had done that.

Benedict and Daphne

Benedict is Chadrick Cumming' s best friend. This book is somewhat of a continuation of Chadrick' s story as Benedict is mistaken for Chadrick and kidnapped by Chadrick's stalkery biggest fan.Daphne' s character is quirky, amusing but also heart- wrenchingly sad.She is massively damaged by a horrendous childhood.Alot of the book is about getting mental help and change. This is an excellent book ,but throughout this entire series, little is actually explained about what the guilds are and what they do.Very vague.I have 8 of the 12 books,I saved the ones with magic and supernatural themes for last.I liked how all the Zodiac Masters are mentioned in the 2nd epilogue with an update on how they are doing.Books 11 and 12 are my favorites so far.Very unique and creative series.I like how 12 different authors put their own spin and flavor to the same topic.Well done.

This was fast-paced and funny, and I loved every moment of it!
The book begins with Daphne's failed kidnapping of Chadrick Cummings (she abducts Benedict Sharp, Chadrick's best friend by accident instead) and that starts them both on a new path.
Daphne is delightful - chaotic, funny, a broken but strong survivor of a horrible childhood. Benedict has his own trauma that he has buried, and I loved the way the two of them fit together. Do note there was a little light BDSM and some Daddy kink thrown in, in case that isn't your thing, while the Zodiac Guild strand was rather peripheral in this installment of the series.
There were also a few plot holes, but I was so caught up in the story I didn't care, and I felt it fully deserved five stars.

Daphne has got a massive crush on a local celebrity. She makes a plan to kidnap him but when she and her bff Paca finally get him she finds it's not Chad. Benedict is Chad's best friend and is not too happy about the kidnapping. When they arrive at the cabin she's rented gun shots sound out and the tires on the van are shot out. When they return to the city Benedict tells Daphne she needs to pay for her bad decisions. Now she has thirty days to do what Benedict asks. That's when she learns about being a little and doms. Then Benedict's grandmother dies and her "business" goes to him. Now they have to figure out how to walk the paths before them
A beautiful and moving story that will bring a tear to the reader's eye.

Virgo is the final book in the multi-author Masters of the Zodiak series and as such, I expected there to be something - a final epilogue maybe or even just an episode - to bring all the new Masters and their partners together. But no, apart from references to the Leo and Scorpio masters which are friends of our hero, there is no further mention of the others. On top of that, the Virgo guild plays little to no role in the story and is treated more or less like a regular business. The romance itself has bits of humor, suspense and a hint of kink. There is a wonderful HEA for the couple.

Finding Her Lobster to Love

Daphne is convinced that Chadrick Cummings is her destined love, her lobster, so she decides to kidnap him as a grand gesture. But, instead of Chadrick, she ends up kidnapping powerful businessman Benedict Sharp. Benedict is understandably peeved, but the chemistry between Benedict and Daphne is insane. But, between attacks on their lives and their relationship, can they make it work? These two were fun to read - Daphne is so emotive, from bubbly to weeping, the perfect foil to Benedict’s stoic grumpiness. A sweet story, with plenty of DDlg spice, and an extended epilogue that will satisfy those who’ve read the other Zodiac books. An entertaining story.

Virgo - the 12th and final book in the Masters of the Zodiac series - is a sweet and slightly kinky romance with lots of crime and a little suspense.
This fast paced story has a lot happening with some truly funny and humorous parts, that I enjoyed greatly, along with a little steamy mild BDSM, interesting characters, a criminal plot that keeps unfolding and a great, happy ending.
The plot, however, seemed a little chaotic and was a bit hard to follow, and I found the writing style confusing at times.

Daphne is hooked on Chadrick but accidentally kidnaps the wrong guy... or maybe not. Benedict is best friends with Chadrick and just in the wrong place. Once things are sorted out, the two set out for a 30 day contract, some DDlg and a romance that hits hard. Some bad things start to happen and the Virgo Guild is a big decision. So much going on that you almost need a scorecard. Loved the characters, the storyline was fast paced and exciting. The ending was totally unexpected.

"Virgos are psycho!" pp. 173

This was the last book in the Masters of the Zodiac series, and the only one I read. It's not that I didn't want to read the others, it's just that the idea of a woman kidnapping her "love" and discovering she'd gotten the wrong man was just too much to resist for me. Since I love a number of books by S. Cinders, this book moved to the top of my TBR. It was funny, and sweet, and more than a little spicy, everything that a book should be. I read it in one sitting.

This is the last book in this series and the only one I have read. Daphne thinks she is about to kidnap her true love. She ends up taking the wrong man and he isnt going down easy. The tables are turned and now she has a lot to figure out. I greatly enjoyed the romance between Benedict and daphne Lots of laughs and some good steam between the two. Very well written and the characters were awesome.

This is the last book in the Zodiac series. How Benedict and Daphne meet is hilarious. I do wish that there had been more about the Virgo guild. It seemed to be more of an afterthought. The DDlg relationship between Daphne and Benedict was fun to read. I enjoyed the epilogue which brought all the masters and their significant others together. It was a great ending to a wonderful series.

I received an advance copy, and this is my honest review.

Amusing.
I’m a fan of Daphne Blessing. Her character alone is book worthy and I love her quirky rationales. She’s all big emotion and sweetness - simply adorable. The fact she wants to kidnap her true love only to fail is amusing. Benedict Sharp is straight aristocracy and prissy. These two have one fun and steamy story. Toss in some drama and harrowing life scares and we get a wonderful story.

I like Daphne. Benedict was ok.
My problem was they immediately jumped into a contract. Like he has a specific kink and is a private person so it seemed weird that he just jumps into a contract without knowing her. I also found it a bit random how her past came up. Not really sure what triggered it.
Also Daphne was the one who left him yet was expecting him to come after her with a grand gesture???🤨

This story was kind of mess. Did not like characters, plot was boring, nothing really happening or something pointlessly happening. But on the bright side I finally discovered something about this new universe (book 12). Honestly I have read only books 1,11,12, so maybe there was something before that, but for me it was brand new information. I think the universe was pointless, but what do I know.

good ending

Well, since I’m also Virgo, it’s fun to end the series with this one.
I’m not into the zodiac, but I enjoyed the different writers and their takes.
I like that this author doesn’t shy away from hard topics.
I liked how they both acknowledged that they need help to grow and change.

terrific D/lg Paranormal Romance 🥰

Ok this is a Daddy/Little Girl Romance 🥰 i thought it was just terrific too. This is the last of the Zodiac Romance series and several of the other characters appear as secondary characters in this book. There is a nice amount of smut and I thought the characters were excellent.

Super cute, even though I’m not into the ddlg dynamic personally. The non-kink romantic chemistry between them is fun and had me hooked from the teaser at the end of Leo.

Worth noting, the Goodreads blurb does not match up with the actual book. My guess is that might have matched the original pitch, but key elements definitely changed along the way.

BRILLIANT TANTALIZING STORYLINE! Beware it's addictive!

This series takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions. While I like a good cry or a good mystery it's definitely the sex scenes that kept me coming back! I am really going to miss this series! You guys should do another one 😁😉😋😎

Kidnapping????

Benedict Sharp, Chadrick Cummings’ best friend since the military, is kidnapped as he leaves a gala. He has the use of Chadrick’s yellow signature umbrella and his car since it’s pouring rain. What happens next is comical and horrifying but you must read Leo first since characters from that book bleed over into this book. Enjoy!

Astrological Ending

Whoever thought that a kidnapping could end up with a wonderful ending. It does help to have read Leo first, as that book sets up what happens in the beginning of Virgo. Daphne definitely needed someone like Benedict to rein her in. Such a fun series.

not exactly my cup of tea

Story and characters were great. The whole daddy dom/little isn’t my usual read, hence the 3 stars. If you like that dynamic, you’ll love the book
