We’ve reached the House of Leo in Masters of the Zodiac,and Golden Angel is the lucky one to tell Chadrick and Scarlet’s story.
And i am even more lucky,for getting the ARC of this beauty!
Because Golden Angel is the perfect choice to tell their story.
I love her sense of humor,and how she combines that with the deliciously hot games these two play,makes this story a lot of fun to read.
Scarlet may be a professional bodyguard ,but her new assignment is one she never ever hoped to get.
Chadrick Cummings is one of the few people she hates with a vengeance,and now she has to protect him from getting killed?
This job had better pay véry well to make up for the forced proximity to the Master of the Leo Guild!
Being forced to act like his girlfriend is absolutely not her idea of fun,but it’s work….right?
The stupid jokes,the constant smiles,the clinging fans,all of those she’ll just have to endure….
Until she gets to see another side of him,one she didn’t expect.
And those nightmares she keeps having,make it even harder to keep hating him….
Chadrick’s first impulse is to poke his fake girlfriend a little,just for fun.
But,knowing she’s the one to keep him safe,he decides to behave…..mostly.
Her hatred of him is refreshing,and he likes what he’s seen of her,so far.
She thinks she knows the real him,but there’s so much more that not many people see…
And he decides to show her those sides of him,too…..the real him,in all his glory.
The more he gets to know her,the more he starts to wish their relationship was real.
And those dreams aren’t helping him think otherwise,either….
This was such a fun and delicious story!
Chadrick snd Scarlet were perfect together,he made her relax and enjoy their time together in a way she never expected,but most definitely needed.
They were both still alert for any danger,but grew so close in the short time together.
I just know they were meant to be,and with all those dreams,tingles and other magical signs,they soon found out as well.
Their story leaves me with a question though…..
What happened to his best friend Benedict???
Where can i find the final story,Virgo??

You have to love a kick-a$$ heroine. Girl can fight! Well I guess she better be able to because she is a bodyguard. To the man she loathes. Chadwick is a TV personality with a tagline that gets adapted in groan-worthy ways in Scarlet's dreams. That he shares. And he can't stand his tag-line adaptations either. The author has a knack for making situations and then finding the humor in them. Quite an enjoyable read, highly recommend. One caveat - I didn't really understand the Zodiac Guilds because I haven't read any other books in this series. Now I have to!! I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

wonderful Paranormal with BDSM
Oh yeah this is a wonderful Paranormal and it has BDSM style Smut and a lot of smut too and it has Butt Stuff, which you expect if you have ever read Golden Angel like I have. Seriously terrific Enemies to Lovers with Enforced Proximity 😂 I just loved the dialogue between the characters and the internal parts of the characters as well. You seriously need to read this.

Easy Breezy Fake Dating Tale
We have some caning, 😸slapping, cuffs, toys, vibes, spankings, Sirs, Masters and a good oke time trying to solve the easy mystery but watching these two crazy kids fall in love was a delight. FMC hated Chadrick, Star just couldn't get past his cheesy public persona but some smexy wet dream-nightmares set her straight and unleashed Chadrick's burning Dom side. A quick moving story each piece fell perfectly in place.

Now, this book has been a huge amount of fun. Hot fun too!! Scarlet, charged with acting as body guard to her pet hate, Chadrick Cummings, embarks on a role which will change everything! Even his name made me chuckle!
This book has just been a true slice of spice, mixed with wit and humour. Scarlet's determination to give the cold shoulder to Chadrick makes their interactions hop off the page, and the sparks..whoooo, that's one heck of a fire they are building.

Such a fun & entertaining story! I so enjoyed the banter between Chadrick and Scarlet and their chemistry palpable. Thoroughly enjoyable read and one I recommend.

It’s the premise, not the author.
I’ve read a couple the books in this Zodiac series, and every time I read one I resolve not to try more.
But I wanted to read all of Golden Angel’s books so here I am, again unimpressed with the concept.
I think most of all, there should be some zodiac-ness about a zodiac series. As it is, it’s about rich guys who are supposed to be mystical somehow, but nothing really makes them special or interesting.
What are their powers? Why are zodiacs powerful? How does it ripple out into larger society? So many questions. Without any real world building the stories just don’t do anything for me.

Chadrick's not used to women treating him so coldly and being so unimpressed with him. He usually just has to wink and flash his charming grin and they're putty in his hands. So now that the first woman to disdain him has become his bodyguard and his fake girlfriend, he's decided to have fun riling her up. And more if their chemistry is consummated the way it's begging to.
This is such a fun, sexy story! Chadrick is a charming guy with hidden inner depth. It's downright entertaining reading as Scarlet starts to realize he's not exactly who she had thought, that he's much more. And she's a badass, strong woman. The villain isn't that much of a surprise, but the way it's handled is perfect. Snarky, sexy dialogue, sizzling chemistry, a smoking hot hero and badass, equally sexy heroine - a great installment in the Masters of the Zodiac world.

Chadrick and Scarlett
I have 5 of the 12 books in this series so far and this one is my favorite.Chadrick is horribly obnoxious when he has his public persona on.I liked how Scarlett was determined not to like him,fought the attraction between the two of them,but was honest enough with herself to allow her view of him to change as she got to see deeper into him and see more than he shows the public.I liked how Scarlett took her bodyguard position seriously and felt a conflict of interest and told her boss about herself having sex with her " client".The woo woo aspects with the premonitions and " body tingles" wasn't overdone and added to the ambiance of the supernatural aspects of the story.The Dom/ sub relationship between the two of them was interesting when the shared dreams told them what would happen between them.The horrible,cheesy puns about Chadrick' s last name,Cummings, were highly cringey but really funny.I totally enjoyed this book and look forward to the next one in the series where Chadrick' s friend accidentally gets kidnapped instead of him.I am enjoying this series and will eventually get all 12.I recommend this story to anyone that likes humor and heat with an interesting plot.Well done.

This is my first foray into the Masters of the Zodiac series, and now I'm going to read all the rest.
I loved this book, the mystical and the sexy.
Chadrick is a great character, secret master of the guild, and celebrity. When his life is threatened, the perfect solution is a bodyguard.
Scarlet detests Chadrick. As soon as he comes on the TV, she turns out off. So why has she been selected as his bodyguard.
Feelings run deep and cheesy lines add fuel to the flames.
It is a fun story full of heat and passion. Mix in a protagonist, and I was hooked.
I highly recommend this book and author.

This book was good I just wish I knew I needed to read the others in the series before this. Since each book is written by a different author I assumed they were stand-alones since that is usually the case. However all the main characters from previous books are in this one and I was quite confused jumping in so late in the series. I didn’t understand the guild and the point of the zodiac at all. Chadrick and scarlet’s story was great and I enjoyed it just wish I understood the backstory. And to top it off it ends with a cliffhanger! Another author will technically be finishing the story even though it appears they get an HEA it’s not the end of the series so who knows.

This is one book that will put a smile on your face as readers meet Chadrick an over the top, charismatic man who has more layers that you want to peel back and get to know and his bodyguard Scarlet. These two are like oil and water. Scarlet has disliked Chadrick from the get go and when she is tasked with guarding him, the fur starts flying. The banter between the characters is wonderful and keeps the pages turning. Overall, it is an entertaining, fast paced read that you cannot help but want more of. I recommend this book.

Scarlet despised everything about Chadrick but ever so surely that changes. I found it a little difficult to really appreciate this story because the “baddie” was so obvious, but putting that aside, I loved the banter between Scarlet and Chadrick and it was great that Cole and Nathalie play such an important role in this story. The twist at the end was great and sets up the next, and last, in the series beautifully.

I loved Chadrick and Scarlet’s story. What starts as a fake relationship quickly turns into a steamy one. And wow is it steamy. Golden Angel writes excellent spicy scenes and this is some of her best work! The book is part of a multi-author shared world but can be read as a standalone. There is character crossover. Chadrick and Scarlet get their HFN but, it ends in a cliffhanger for the next in series

I enjoyed this story and have been reading the books ahead of this one. It fits right in but Golden Angel brings her awesome voice with this book. Chadrick needs a bodyguard because of someone threatening him and Scarlet can't understand why she was chosen to be the one to guard him. She can't stand him. What follows is a cute story full of steam, laughter and fun! Will these two every get their act together? We'll have to wait and see in the next book!! (but you know it's gonna happen) LOL

Chadrick and Scarlet are great characters for the book. The plot is interesting and a good driving point for the book. I felt that so,e moments of the book did not help with the realism of the book. I also felt the book reads with a narration pointed towards young adults.

I truly enjoyed Chadrick and Scarlet's story. I don’t know how I missed this series since I enjoy this author’s books very much. It's an enemy to lovers story and I have to say Scarlet is so much fun, and Chadrick love pushing her buttons. There is some suspense and danger, but mostly it's a hot story.

Ooo, this was a fun installment of this series. It is interesting to see the different writing styles of each author. Also, I enjoy independent and strong female characters, and this one definitely has that. Scarlett is a spicy and sexy bodyguard to Chadrick Cummings, the famed Astologer. A fun and hot read.

A MUST READ!! Now this is how you write a book!!
This is a great continuation of the series. Not all the books were to my liking BUT This may be the best book so far. This book has betrayal, Intrigue, sexual frustration as well as sensual and erotic scenes. SO A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF HOW A ROMANCE SHOULD GO!!!

I really liked Chadrick and Scarlet's romance. Their story was engaging and intriguing, the sparks fiery, the chemistry electric and the banter witty and razor-sharp. All and all, a very fun read. This is my freely posted, frank review.

As usual, I thoroughly enjoyed the story. I guessed the bad guy early, but I still had fun getting to the reveal. Well-written with plenty of spicy moments.
