Grayson has been in love with his best friend's sister for so long that when she has a person coming after her and putting her in danger he steps in to protect her and keep her safe.
Farrah has a great love and connection with animals that was so heartwarming. I loved Grayson's and Farrah's love story. It was a sweet GrumpyxSunhine romance. There was more action in this book than in the first there was more suspense and I loved the mystery in this book.
It was great to see Grayson comfort Farrah with her nightmares and show how much he loves her.
This is such a cute small-town romance where they have both been secretly in love with each other and it also gives me hallmark movies and fall vibes.
Can’t wait for the next couple in the series. 4.5 stars for me.

*Spoiler *This is the 2nd book in the series. The first one was amazing so my hopes and expectations were high for this one and it did not disappoint. Glad that they let each other know their feelings for one another. Sad that they had to go thru a tragedy to get there but the love and strong foundation they are strong. My favorite part is where Grayson knew at the beginning that he had to buy Vern the horse for Farrah.

Grayson and Farrah grew up together since Grayson was her brother's best friend. I love that Grayson was smitten with Farrah the first time he held her as a baby then it slowly evolved to falling in love with her. No other woman would ever be in Grayson's life - he knew it was Farrah or no one. Farrah was equally in love with her brother's best friend. Grayson was her person. He was always there for her and would do anything for her. These two just never revealed how they felt until Farrah's life was in danger.
I love this couple so much - they knew everything about each other and were really each other's best friend. Grayson was her safe haven and protector. Loving Farrah is what gave Grayson purpose - she was his home. Grayson and Farrah were each other's rocks and I loved this about them. Such a great story!

It was when I was ten minutes that I remembered that I didn’t like the first one. It was just so cheesy! Also if I have to hear baby girl one more time I’m gonna loose my goddamn mind. I hate that nickname. And he said it like every second word!! Ughh.

Oh man! This one was just as good as the first one!!! Absolutely loved being able to see Farrah and Graysons story finally! So happy for their ending!
My favorite part was at the end when Farrah says "I also knew Chase well enough to know that he had threatened to shove the fencing up Graysons butt numerous times if he didn't shut up and accept the help" that part made me laugh!!!

This was a short and sweet love story. This was about a woman named Farrah and Grayson. Grayson is best friends with Farrah’s brother. Grayson knew Farrah since she was a young girl.
She is caught in a barn fire set by someone targeting Farrah. Grayson decides that he wants to protect Farrah along with her brother. Grayson didn’t really acknowledge his feelings for Farrah until he rescues her. She likes to read fairy tales 🧚♀️and Grayson retold the stories adding his own touches to the story which was my favorite. I really liked this book and I wanted it to be longer. The way Grayson told Farrah the fairy tales was spicy 🌶 🌶🌶. This was my favorite of the series.

3/31 I liked this one I think out of all the books in the series. I liked how this relationship came to be the most because them being already best friends. It wasn’t a weird Insta love moment you know I mean, the other books, the guy character was just instantly attached to her and it was like oh whoa, you’re moving too fast, but this one with them already knowing each other and already being best friends made the transitioning into a relationship more natural but I liked it. I thought it was very good.

loved it ! love this series !! love Grayson and Farrah.. this is their story.. a fast paced shorter story... the bro code... lines not to cross.. until... Farrah is the love of his life.. she's his best friends little sister..until... she almost dies... someone is trying to kill her.. he will protect her with his life... and make her his..can he save her ?. Running To You by T. Thomas is a good, and enjoyable sweet small town friends to lovers romance read. The story has a good story line. The characters are good, and they have good chemistry. Grayson and Farrah’s was absolutely perfect. Their love for each other was one that had been building for years. It wasn’t an Insta love, they had always been in love with each other. The storyline that had been written for them, was perfect. It gave us suspense, it gave us happy times. The entire book was an absolute amazing read.

Again cute romance, friends to lovers. This time about two characters who were already introduced to you in the first book.
Again it was not purely romance but also some crime things that had to be resolved.
Both FMC and MMC major green flags and the small town vibe was vibing.
The MMC has a farm and the FMC is a vet.
But same thing as in the first book, where was the fall vibe? Except it being mentioned that the air is getting crispy and fall is about to begin? And thats not enough for an autumn themed novella!
