Tempting Gabriel is the first book in the Billionaire Bosses of Seattle series.
When Gabriel and Ava meet at the market, that scene made me laugh with tears. Her nickname for him, loved it. Loved it even that she still uses it throughout the book.
When it turns out that she is applying for a job at his firm, he hires her on the spot. It’s the start of something casual, but neither seem to notice they can’t let go of each other. But will things keep going the way they are now, or will there be insecurities to help derail everything?
I love how this book is written with so much joy, laughter, drama and a lot of steam.
The book got me hooked from the beginning. The banter between Gabe and Ava is hilarious. How they both grow into this relationship, him being the CEO with too many hours spend on the business and no time for anything else, and Ava being thrown in a position at the firm without any experience but proving she can do it.
I can’t wait for Roz and Archer’s book.

honestly, i really enjoyed this! Gabriel is a workaholic and at first impression, a pompous asshole but as Ava is forced to spend time with him after he offers her a job as his assistant, she realises underneath that tough exterior he has a heart of gold. their connection was instantaneous in the market even though it wasn’t a friendly encounter. it was so obvious they were both intrigued by the other. they end up going on a date and that was it for them, they went with the flow and slowly realised how they felt about each other. their back and forth playful banter is so cute to read and not at all boring or repetitive.
Ava and Roz’s friendship is so enviable, they’re like two peas a pod but are still unique in their own way.
omg when Xander got introduced. i can already tell i love him. he’s such a down to earth goofball lol perfectly balances out with Gabe’s personality. low-key want him to get with Roz they would be perfect together since they give off similar vibes.
their first christmas together was adorable! i loved reading about it and the gifts they got for each other were so thoughtful.
the proposal though omg it was PERFECTION. Gabe couldn’t have done it better if he tried, i had no doubt about Ava’s answer. i want a Gabe😂 my turn when??
Ava was unable to open up and trust anyone because of her past but Gabriel broke through her barriers and taught her how to love and believe in herself as well as each other. as for Gabe, Ava really changed him for the better. he had forgotten how to live life. he would work, eat, sleep and repeat. he had cut his friends off, stopped having fun and stopped connecting with anyone in his life. he was isolated and Ava came and showed him he had so much left to see and do and he only wanted to do it with Ava by his side. they were perfect together.
what i didn’t like was that it was heavily focused on their relationship and there was barely any plot but hey i’m not complaining, i still enjoyed it a lot.

Once Gabriel sees Ava in the interview he seizes the opportunity to hire her as his assistant because he hasn’t been able to forget out their encounter. With the chemistry between them they don’t stay just boss an employee for too long.
It was refreshing that once their relationship started it they didn’t need to keep it hidden even with them working together and that Gabriel took step so there isn’t such a huge power imbalance. Even with the story being fast paced with an instant connection, I still think the relationship between Ava and Gabriel was well developed. Well Tempting Gabriel is a bit predictable and cheesy I still really enjoyed reading the story. I love romance and this definitely hit the spot with how sweet and smutty it was.

This is the first book in the series and the first time reading this author. The story follows Ava who recently got her Batchelor's degree and moved to the big city of Seattle. She is couch surfing on her besties couch Roz till she can get a job. She finally got an interview with a big company and was rushing to get her coconut coffee and bam right into a wall of sexy muscle that is Gabriel. Being the CEO jerk he was he brushed her off and continued on his grumpy way.
Ava not letting this get to her goes to her interview and who's the boss that's right Mr. Grumpypants.
The rest of this story we finally see the heart of gold that Gabriel does have and a certain emerald eyed beauty that brings him to his knees. I can't wait to see the next book and Roz getting her HEA

I so badly wanted to give this one 5 golden stars. It was so very close that I am giving my first 4.5 star review. The only reason it did not make 5 stars was a couple very minor formatting blips that I found distracting. Other than that, Tempting Gabriel did not disappoint one bit. I believe it is the first Romance novel I have read that wasn't a dark romance or fantasy romance. I think that may be why I was constantly waiting for something dark to happen. There is a lot of spice in this book. The spice is very thorough and written with great detail. I would absolutely recommend this book to those who enjoy a good spicy romance.

The steam in this book is hot and the relationship development is believable and sweet. I audibly gasped during this book. I loved every second and can’t wait for the next book. Quick and easy and super entertaining read.

But she ends up bumping into someone and her coffee goes everywhere, he starts to be rude to her and moan about his suit. She says her word and tells him he is rude.
When Ava goes to her interview at Martin Investments, the person who is doing the interview is talking to a man when she gets there when she goes into the office it is the man from the market and is is Mr Martin and he is the is CFO

This is the kind of "Fairytale like" story that you can get lost in. Great for those that love to read about a grumpy mmc falling for a sunshine and rainbows fmc, and her changing his outlook on life. I think that parts of the story could have been left out and it still been just as steamy and romantic without them, but overall a good vacation read.

I read this on ku and will buy it. Who knew a chance encounter would be forever? Like real relationships Gabe and Ava had downs but they were able to overcome it.

What a fun swoony(I know that’s not a word lol) easy romantic read! Gabriel and Ava an insta love that you just want to keep reading. I loved how easy there “relationship” came about and felt normal and unforced just unconditional feeling that became love. The dirty talk is always my favorite and spice is great. The locations in the book are amazing to visualize and the side characters add so much to the story and the love of each of the characters over all a great spicy romance❤️

This is a great read! One fiesty, starting a new life, woman getting a job with a gorgeous, sexy man who also has already gotten on her bad side with his bad attitude...plus her fantasies. May add that one dont mess with her or I kill you bff...read to find out what she does, trust me, you'll laugh. Is it a happy ever after or does one or them turn out to be an idiot? Hmmm 🤔🤔🤔 only one way to find out!!!

This book may have been one of my first big surprise reads of the year but I loved it!
I am a sucker for all things billionaire romance so it is no surprise that I really liked this story but the fact that it wasn't your typical run of the mill Billionaire romance made it that much better.
Gabriel and Ana's story starts off with a bang- both metaphorically and literally since the spicy bits hit you right at the beginning. About halfway through the book I was starting to think that nothing truly terrible would happen to these two love birds and then BAM! Out of nowhere drama. It was so perfectly woven into the story that for a moment, I found myself wanted to strangle Gabriel and hug Ana as she cried all in one go.
Both MC's (as well as the supporting characters that you get glimpses of as well) were so well rounded and really grabbed your attention from the beginning. While this certainly had the potential to be an insta-love, happy times from start to finish story, the doubt and fears between our two main characters as well as the drama that ensued certainly kept it from falling into that territory. The reader really gets a sense as to the struggles that both Gabriel and Ava deal with in their relationship together and in the lives they had led prior to meeting each other. Both were very developed which helped keep the pace of the story moving along so well that at points I forgot how long I had actually been reading for.
Great start to the series and I can't wait for Archer's story next!

I very much enjoyed this debut novel from K. O'Kelly! From the very first encounter between Gabriel and Ava I was hooked. The amount of giggling I did with their meet-cute! From there the story continued to get better and better. I don't know that I would call it insta-love but it was definitely smoking insta-lust that ignited early on.
When I say Gabriel and Ava are hot....I mean they are HOT! Gabe is this man who doesn't commit to anything but his company and Ava waltzes right in and in the blink of an eye has turned his world upside down...all unintentional on her part. Their connection is so true and strong. Neither know what to do at first and Gabe soon realizes they both lacked affection in their youth and he is determined to give Ava all the she deserves and more. Part of Gabe's draw to Ava is the fact that she could care less about his money and luxuries....she is all about the man that he is.
This story flows so easily. It is an adorably spicy book. So many times I was swooning over Gabe and thinking how lucky Ava is to have met him. They are perfect for each other. I am very much looking forward to the next book in this series.

So this was a really cute insta love workplace romance! Gabriel and Ava have a meet-ugly when she spills coffee on him in a coffee shop, and she couldn’t be more horrified when she shows up for her job interview and finds out he owns the company. She’s shocked when he hires her as his executive assistant, and even more shocked when he wants to take her out to dinner. Even though Ava isn’t sure that getting involved with her boss is a good idea, she can’t deny their chemistry. I thought Gabriel and Ava’s love story was really sweet; I don’t always like insta love but thought this was well done. It had both funny and angsty moments, and I loved Roz, a side character who was Ava’s best friend. Gabriel’s definitely got a bit of an alpha streak, but that’s honestly part of his charm. And I liked Ava because she was sweet, quirky and clumsy, which I could relate to. All in all, I would recommend to anyone who loves a good spicy workplace and/or insta love romance.

We all love a book with characters who have an instant connection, and while Gabe and Ava met in an unorthodox way, their connection was as instantaneous as looking up. From the unfortunate first encounter, to a slightly better, (but not really), second encounter, ava and Gabe spend every moment they can together. From being at work, to their adventures around Seattle, they are inseparable.

What a exciting ,sensational and steamy story that I you will love as much as I have. K. O’Kelly is a new author for me. I cannot wait to read more in this series. I love Age-gap and office romance novels, Tempting Gabriel draws you in and makes you crave more. The chemistry between Gabriel and Ava burns with heated passion and love that makes your heart believe in love everlasting. Once you start reading you will be hooked. I cannot recommend or say enough about this. A must must captivating, fiery, and fantastic book.

I saw this book advertised and read the blurb. It caught my attention. I immediately followed the Author and reached out. I was very excited to do a ARC read of this book. The characters were very likeable. The author very detailed with some humor. This book allows you to follow the characters as they grow and develope a emotional relationship. You get to be happy its not full of obstacles. Your heart aches when a misunderstanding takes place. This is a beautful love story. Great job highly recomend and I cant wait for the next book.

fun, spicy debut novel!
What a fun, hot debut novel from KO Kelly! The tension, the humor, the spice—loved it! Gabriel is swoony book boyfriend material, and Ava is a knock ‘em dead pistol after my own heart! This book is a lovely fast-paced read, full of heat and heart, with only a smattering of drama to keep those feel-good feelings feeling good! Looking forward to the next book in the series, especially if it showcases that crazy Roz!

I really do love Gabe & Ava. Their connection was instantaneous and their relationship was actually really good. The sexy scenes were indeed sexy! I think those were very enjoyable 😆. I do think that some of the normal, day to day conversations were sometimes cheesy.. and there were a couple different scenes that were unrealistic, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying the book or their story. The more I read, the more I enjoyed it and I wanted more! I also did love the it wasn’t a dark romance, especially with it being a billionaire trope.. Gabe is sweet and loving. Also, not too much drama, so that’s a good change of pace! I’m excited to read Trusting Archer when it comes out.

Such an amazing love story! I enjoyed every bit of this book. This was a great mix of light love to the normal dark I’m used to, and it warmed my heart so much. A fast burn, with a powerful man who isn’t afraid to go for exactly what he wants, and a woman who is after nothing but her own success while finding love along the way. I can’t wait for Roz and Archers story.
