Shona Davis makes beautiful quilts, stitched with love, for her eager customers. After a tragic accident six years ago, she has rebuilt her life and is creating a brighter future for herself and her son.

When she sees the cottages on Anchor Lane being remodeled into small businesses, she’s intrigued by their pretty exteriors and unlimited potential. Risking everything she owns, she signs the lease on the third cottage and opens a quilting store like no other.

Joseph Adams is passionate about the tiny home revolution taking Montana by storm. He works tirelessly to provide safe and warm houses for people who would otherwise be living on the street. He’s happy with his life and proud of his young daughter, but something is missing. And he’s too scared to face what it is.

After a bitter divorce, the last thing he wants is to be attracted to another woman. But, when he meets Shona, the walls around his heart start to crumble. She’s everything he never expected to find. But with joy comes pain, and Joseph doesn’t know whether he can ever give his heart to another woman.

"The Cozy Quilt Shop" is the third book in The Cottages on Anchor Lane series and can easily be read as a stand-alone. All of Leeanna's series are linked. If you find a character you like, they could be in another novel.

Lying? Or evading the truth?

Joseph is just trying to protect his heart and Adele's, but in doing so he hurts Shona. They are both wary, they have been hurt in different ways and see the situation from different view points...but both are valid. A journey of self discovery, of learning to trust again and of allowing yourself to hope and dream. Joseph, Shona, Nate and Adele make a very sweet family and whilst it's a bumpy journey they do thankfully finally find their HEA.

A lovely clean romance set in Sapphire Bay, Montana. I have enjoyed every visit to Sapphire Bay and this book was no exception. The characters are developing well as many are recurring characters in this series. The friendships are strong as many of the characters are starting over in this small community that welcomes everyone. I've already put the others in this series on hold at my library and waiting eagerly for my turn so I can return once more to Sapphire Bay.

Very enjoyable!

Joseph and Shona's story was a good addition to the Anchor Lane series. The themes of caring, support, generosity and love run through the Sapphire Bay stories and make a person wish they could live there!

Quilts for Sale

This story was really enjoyable. Once again Ms. Morgan wrote another story in small town America. We get to meet several new characters and get to see how older ones are getting along. I look forward to reading the last book in the Anchor Lane series.

Excellent book

I loved this book:The Cozy Quilt Shop because I love quilting! The storyline is well thought out, and the town is extra special!

I would say that it's more of an adult read. The relationships between the characters are realistic and flow throughout the story.

Romance at it's finest

Each story that Leeanna Morgan writes has it's own unique plot, but always ends with the same loving happily ever after! And, I can't get enough!!

Fallo mío, porque esperaba otra cosa.
Se defiende para entretener una tarde, aunque es repetitivo de más y los personajes piensan siempre lo mismo sin cambiar nada hasta que estalla el "drama" y la solución.
