After being homeless for most of her life, Jackie West has finally found her idea of heaven. Living in Sapphire Bay has given her the security she craves and the friends she needs to be happy.

Aidan Remington works for BioTech Industries, creating state-of-the-art prosthetics. Meeting Jackie at a fundraising event sets him on a path he never saw coming but is everything he needs.

When disaster strikes, Jackie and Aidan join forces to open a special yarn store that does so much more than sell wool. With the hopes and dreams of more than one person resting on their shoulders, they embark on a journey so important that neither of them can ever turn back. Until what drew them together starts to tear them apart.

"A Stitch in Time" is the fourth book in The Cottages on Anchor Lane series and can easily be read as a stand-alone. All of Leeanna's series are linked. If you find a character you like, they could be in another novel.

Are they brave enough to risk their heart?

Jackie is very wary of any risk, she needs the security of a predictable income, stable friendships and a home of her own in a community that welcomed her. She has dreams, but that is all they will ever be as she cannot risk failure or another loss. Whilst Jackie is very sweet she lacks self confidence and therefore can appear to be a bit wishy washy and not very driven. She has a huge heart and does everything she can to support the community, but strives for little for herself.
Aiden is all about giving and improving technology to help those who need it most, he is always pushing for more and better in his job, but fear stops him doing the same in his private life.
I did like Aiden and Jackie but they felt a little indecisive to me, and there were times that this frustrated me a little.
However, this is still a great addition to the series and I look forward to the next spin off series Love on Anchor Lane.

Thourally enjoyable

Every book I have read of Leeanna Morgan I have enjoyed and of course binge read. I love the way she connects one book to the other just like one big happy family. I highly recommend reading this book and all her books.

It is a sappy romance, but tbh I wasn’t sure if or how this one would resolve itself. I love that the characters are friends with characters from previous books and we get to visit with them over and over. It is what keeps me coming back for more. I

What a Dreamy Life

Small town life couldn't be better than this! A community with people who care about each other and work together to accomplish so much for others.
The characters are like your friends, too, and you want love to win!

Done...

Sadly, this was the last, wonderful book in the series. I plan on going back to the previous stories, because I can't get enough of her writing!

As with the other books in this series, it is riveting. From homelessness to success and all that brings. They endure all through it.
