Visual info lacking

There is some good info in this book but it is really lacking informative illustrations on the movements. For example in the handicapper section there is a picture of a gripper but it would have been better with illustrations of how to place the gripper in the hand

Very short book, I found the summaries at the end unnecessary given it's so short, but ok. I applied the warm up and felt like it wasn't doing much, maybe someone with an injury can tell the difference and it helps but I didn't feel anything.

Enjoyed this book, easy to follow, plenty of information and a quick read. Really helped me with my weak wrists.
