A few errors in the information, particularly in the Gnosticism section, with the role of the demiurge being seemingly misunderstood at certain points. That's a detail I worry will confuse beginners. The author also says that Michael Aquino was an atheistic Satanist, when reading his material (or even the subsequent mention of the Temple of Set) would tell you otherwise.

Aside from some information errors and misspellings throughout, this book is a very good introduction to the Left Hand Path traditions in the West, covering Satanism, Luciferianism, and Demonolatry, as well as giving mention to other traditions in the modern left hand path movement. The section on the Qliphoth was good, despite not mentioning Namaah as the ruler of the Lilith qlipha. The appendices have useful information and the book covers a lot of general ground on common magical practices.

I would recommend this to LHP newbies, but would have to explain the mistakes and nuances missed or not made very clear in the book.

This book is well researched and covers a large variety of topics. It has much to teach me and I am NOT a beginner. Regardless if you are a satanist, luciferian, or a witch (I am a witch) this book has much to offer. It covers how to write spells, demonology, divination, different types of magic, sigals, pacs, dream work, astral travel, astrology, correspondances as well as much more and I think it would benefit anyone interested in the occult or practicing magic. This book has been by my bed since I got it. The autor gives you information and allows you to guide your own path. This is for someone looking for deeper work then rehashed Wicca books.

This is very much a beginner's book with brief descriptions of basic things. The writing was almost like reading a middle schoolers book report. The blurb to this & the reviews on Amazon made this seem like a much more experienced-practitioner book and it failed epically to deliver on that marketing. The only thing I would recommend buying this for is the quick reference guides in the appendixes.
