A Home for Lonely Souls represents the hardened space in your heart that needs to be softened with reassurance and love. Tavon's latest collection of poems is like an open conversation between the hurting and the help. The author touches on heavy themes such as suffering, mental health issues, and grief in a gentle touch to comfort the readers. For anyone who feels the weight of the world on their shoulders, this book will serve as the hands that will help you carry those burdens. Tavon hopes this book will inspire thousands to get the help they deserve.
I got to page 33 and couldn’t bring myself to continue any further. I bought this book eagerly, expecting to find some artistic writing but found things like “Elon” among the pages. I don’t know how to describe it without sounding so harsh, but for once I made the active choice NOT to finish a read.
This is not to say I didn’t find anything I liked, but I did come to the realization that I no longer resonate with the loneliness.
I did like this poem book definitely look up trigger warnings before going into this book has alot to deal with depression, anxiety, relationships and yourself as well very heavy topics I felt like but overall was good time
This was really good and I love how there are prayers in this book. I highlight so many things and I know I’ll use one of the poem for my final project!! Can’t wait to read more from this author!
