An interesting study about the construction of sexuality under male supremacy. Jackson analices the impact of the sexology in women's lifes and choices in the context of the First Wave of Feminist on England. A kinda similar book is Sheila Jeffrey's "The Spinster and Her Enemies", both books came from a course about patriarchy. If you are looking for a radical feminist perspective & pro-celibacy, this and Sheila's book are for you :)
