The ending was a surprise...
in that I was immersed in the story and on turning the page where I expected the next chapter it just ended.
I have concluded that a good read is one where you lose awareness of all else but the words you are consuming - this was such a read, consuming to the exclusion of all else.

Another fantastic story. Intriguing with great strong characters. Drew me in to the characters world and made me feel as if I was with them.
