A great book on tips, tricks, and self-help with getting right with your money. Baggerly offers "worksheets" that she keeps repeating that can be downloaded from her website. However, the "free" worksheets are nowhere to be found. She did add downloadable PDF's that you must pay for, that quite frankly are expensive for what they are. I get it and it's a business and I did buy a few of her PDF products. However, I found them way overpriced and I went to ETSY and found "budget journals" at fraction of a cost and huge discount from what Allison offers on her website. Therefore, she lost 1 star for not letting people who bought her book get access to worksheets, that she says are there.

Overall, I loved her book! It really opened up my eyes to the financial struggle that families are going thru. Allison broke down steps to take, igniting the "can do" spirit, by offering her own stories and come ups from obstacles her family has faced in her money plan.

This is a must read for down to earth financial guidance, and getting your money right!

3.5 Very high level look at managing personal finances. I would start somewhere else, but this is worth reading if you’re in the maintenance phase like me - just keeping good money habits in mind as you go about your day. As a new mom I liked the suggestion of a weekly 30-minute budget date to talk meal plan, schedule, goal progress with your partner. I also really dug into my goals/sinking funds much more seriously than I have thus far during those sections.
