Halfmoon Ridge is a tale of when the one you love is right before your eyes and they still can not see the real you. Not until the family makes some business changes to the dude ranch does the couple really get to know one another. The couple has been working side by side for years, but now as two grown adults, feelings develop between them. Are they practical with an entire family surrounding them and already running a business together? The family gets tired of staying behind the scenes waiting for the couple to figure out their feelings for one another. They decide to subtly step in, allowing the couple to finally focus on what is important in life. TRUE LOVE!
I loved the blend of the audio narrators. There were true feminine and masculine voices in the right places. This works well for me when I have new narrators. There a well oiled machine of combining the parts and making it smooth.
Sometimes a family interfering can be a good thing. One couple finds out if it is the right thing for them to have family make their business their business.

In the book Half Moon Ridge, Ellie is the only daughter to Roman and Stella and the only sister to a whole Paso of Brothers and Brent. Brent is her brother Grange’s best friend. They even fought in Irack together and most annoyingly to Ellie they can look at each other and have a whole conversation without saying a word. She is secretly in love with Brent, who is also the foreman on the family ranch. Brent also secretly in love with Ellie and it’s seemed the only one who knows it… Is everyone else. This book isn’t my normal westerns that I read, but Eli is such a character and had me laughing so much I couldn’t put it down. Not to mention imagining what all her brothers look like was a lot of fun too. I highly recommend this western romance to anyone who loves romance, but be worn they have a few scathing scenes that I could’ve done without, but I know some people enjoyed them and if you do you will absolutely love this book. If you don’t just reading about Ellie is worth getting the whole book for. There are so many funny moments in this book I do think the brothers in the day it could be a bit intense overall it really worked for me and I highly recommend it The narration was a duel narration it was pretty good, but they made the parents seem like elderly people and the dads voice was done so deep he almost sounded like an alien or on the verge of being a monster. That is why #Western, #AudioEmpirewhy I gave it four stars instead of five. I was given this book by audio empire, but I am leaving this review voluntarily. Please forgive any grammatical and punctuation errors as I am blind and dictate my review but all opinions are my own.
The audiobook turned this sweet and sultry love story into movie in my mind! Ranchers daughter in love with the foreman, but he was warned away from her at a young age. Both living on the ranch and working side by side, they don't know how to react to one another's lust. Enjoyed the family style background, business and vacation meld to create the developing romance between the couple. Find the ebook and and paperback on Amazon while the audio book is nationwide on a listening platform you love!
