In a world obsessed with genAI, this is a refreshing, realistic take on how companies should be thinking of data and their people. The toolkits at the end provide some concrete exercises to get an assessment moving in an organization. Unfortunately, those that likely need to hear this or read it won't be the ones to grab the book. I hope that changes.
