A book more for small business owners who don't have a marketing background. It was a long read to not learn much. Also, quite Americanised and mostly about FMCG, with the exception of the author talking about her own business (a brand agency). Read as it was free with work but glad I didn't buy it!
We are more conscious and care about the story behind the brands these days. This book guides us how our behavior changed by showing a number of cases and the author’s personal experience around brands, even during/after the pandemic. If you are learning brand marketing, this is a must read book.
