Welcome to Charybdis Station and the crew of the Blue Solace.
The Mercenary's Mate Captain Will Hackett doesn't have time to deal with stowaways. The galaxy's not a safe place and The Blue Solace has a job to do: pick up a renowned scientist and his mysterious artifact and get them safely back to Charybdis Station. If only the stowaway wasn't his mate. The General's Mate Hack and Leti arrive home, expecting a break from the hectic adventures of the past few months. What they get on Charybdis Station are changes, more responsibilities, and a war with the Concord. They'll deal with it, though. All they have to do is look around the galaxy to understand why it's time to fight back. Together, the new couple must learn to stand together, to accept and support one another. Their happiness isn't the only thing at risk. The Soldier's Mate Morgan Murray is an easy, fun-loving guy. He excels at being a soldier, but never wanted more out of life. Dr. Wyatt Morrick is in trouble. Big trouble. When Morgan saves Wyatt and his friends, the two men are given a gift, each other. Their love can't stop the Concord, though, and someone has to. Morgan must grow and accept his responsibilities, and Wyatt must move on from his father's death. However, that death may just be a little more complicated then Wyatt expected. The Lieutenant's Mate Sebastian Dolarnio hasn't had an easy past. Fortunately, with the help of some very good friends, him and his daughter are safe and have a home - a beautiful, accepting place with more family than he ever dreamed of having. Then there's his mate, Alois. Sebastian knows he doesn't deserve him, so he has to find a way to be worthy of his new home and his new mate. The two men build a life together and learn to love one another, but the galaxy is in turmoil and Charybdis Station is in the middle of it all. The Engineer's Mate Beck Brackenstone is a simple Grell. He loves his family and friends and enjoys tinkering in his shop. His greatest dream is to meet his life-mate, settle down, and raise a bunch of babies. Guild Master Beol is not a simple man. He runs one of the most prominent assassins guilds in the galaxy and has a troubled past. He has responsibilities and contracts to worry about and no time for a mate. The two men may appear to be a horrible match, but in truth, they are perfect for one another. Unfortunately the Crellic Queen and Humans First are terrorizing the galaxy and Charybdis Station is their next target. They will need to trust in one another and their friends to end the Queen's path of destruction once and for all. The Captain's Mate Draif Ando started life as a slave on Vextonar, but now he's a free man with a purpose and the best lieutenant in the galaxy by his side. Why does he suddenly yearn for more, and why is he suddenly picturing children with his eyes and Lucas' ears and tail? Lucas Meluth knew that Draif was his life mate from the moment they met. He also knew that Draif was demisexual and wasn't attracted to Lucas. Not at first. Has the time come for their friendship to turn into more? They may finally be figuring their relationship out, but enemies are approaching and it's time to protect Charybdis Station and rid the galaxy of Humans First, once and for all. The Rebel's Mate Finn Sterling never imagined he would have a position of authority, and the trust his friends give him makes failure impossible. Aiden Crow has spent the last year consumed with grief and his search for vengeance. When he meets Finn, he knows instantly that the man is his mate, but what could he possibly offer the beautiful, smiling Cardinal? As the search for missing Vextonians draw the two men together, Crow realizes that the greatest risk he faces is losing his heart.
I have been self-publishing since October 2018. My books are extremely light and fluffy m/m romance with mpreg, and while they span a few subgenres of romance, they have similar themes of found family and love at first sight. Besides writing, I enjoy reading everything I can get my hands on, especially m/m romance. My personal favorites are mpreg, sci-fi, fantasy, and paranormal.
This series is so well written! The world building is incredible and the issues they all face are both heartbreaking and inspiring. Each couple are so fun to learn about and watch their journey. In some cases really bad things happen but they pull through with all of the found family to support them. The "supporting cast" of family and friends...and pets ;)...are the glue and love that holds everything together! This is storytelling at it's finest. Thoroughly engaging read! ( there are even two more books that follow!!!)
I read these books individually a while ago and I love a box set to re read in order. This series is a fantastic mix of story line and found family and the most adorable set of pets in the galaxy
I took my time reading this as each character, couple, and story came alive. The stories bring out an array of emotions and suspense that make for an amazing wonderful story.
Re-reading this series and I really love all the characters, pets and children. You almost need a glossary to keep up with which child/pet belongs to which couple. Overall, this is a wonderful series and I am bit sad that it appears the author is no longer writing because I would have loved to read more books taking place in this world.
This is my 3rd visit to their galaxy and I’m still entertained. I laugh and cry with them and cheer for their victories. I hope we may one day get to see Selene’s unique mating story. Or visit again and follow the green solace and her fleet…either way I look forward to my next visit.
