Easily the most comprehensive guide specific to house hacking. Definitely, something I would recommend to those just getting started in their investing career. After finishing the boom I’ll be giving it to a friend who is planning to buy a house to house hack and is just starting on his investing/financial path.

Highly recommend!

For beginners, the book is a goldmine of information, providing clear and concise guidance on each step of the house hacking journey. The author's ability to break down complex concepts into digestible chunks makes it accessible for those entering this territory for the first time. The practical advice, coupled with real-world examples, adds a layer of relatability that enhances the learning experience.

As someone familiar with the basics of house hacking, I found that the book covered familiar ground. However, the well-written narrative and the author's knack for presenting information in an engaging manner kept me invested. Additionally, the book surprised me with a few suggestions and insights that I hadn't considered before. These nuggets of wisdom added value even for someone with prior knowledge on the subject.

The strength of "The Everything Guide to House Hacking" lies not only in its informative content but also in its ability to cater to a broad audience. Whether you're a novice seeking a comprehensive introduction or someone with some knowledge looking for new perspectives, this book strikes a balance that makes it a worthwhile read. The blend of clarity, informativeness, and unexpected suggestions sets it apart as a valuable resource in the realm of house hacking literature.

A good introduction and companion to some of the regular podcasts like Bigger Pockets and Millennial Investing. The book doesn't go deep, but as someone who started reading shortly after buying my first househack but before my first rental purchase, I would recommend to those new to real estate investing. Both purchases have gone well and I finished the book as I am looking for my second househack.
