I read this one, not as a teenager, but as an adult in the process of making big changes to my diet due to ill health. What I was hoping for was accessible information that would give me the facts on nutrition without pushing any fad diets or toxic mindsets on me. This book certainly delivered.
The info is obviously geared towards teens which means some of the information wasn't relevant to me at all but where it was, I found it easy to understand. The content was very accessible and the author is not judgemental at all.
There are also handy sections at the end full of recipes and helpful links.
