Feeling conflicted about this one. There are some lovely spells, recipes, and meditations, but there's also a LOT of cultural appropriation. There's also many generalisations about what witches do, or feel, or experience -- when, in actuality, all of those aspects are as varied as the day is long. Even so, I do like the author's warm, reassuring tone, which would be perfect for newcomers or those who are feeling a little wobbly in their practice. Just take some of the history and mythologies with a pinch of salt, and steer away from the more appropriative practices.
