This is a fun picture book that is appropriate for ages pre-K to 2nd grade. The book goes through the environment, life cycle, and characteristics of leopards. There are themes of nature and survival in this non-fiction book. I give this book 3 stars for the nice pictures and information presented in this book.

Leopards is a picture book that teaches the reader everything they need to know about leopards. It includes things like a leopards daily life, and where it travels from time to time.This would be good for teaching students about different animals. I would say this book is for lower elementary. I classified this as non-fiction.

Awesome series. I loved the way these books are constructed. Really lend themselves to nonfiction animal studies and compare and contrasts for young children. 2nd graders could use them independently to collect facts and assemble essays, etc. Great nonfiction for young readers.
